Wonderful service, amazing clarins facial and relaxing atmosphere. Revisited and will do so the next time I return to Bali!

Whenever I'm in Sanur, I go to The Nest.

I've tried all their treatments, but the Deep Tissue and Therapeutic massages are my favourites. I have lower back issues and these massages always leave me feeling like a new person.

Their manicure and pedicure services are done extremely well and I am never disappointed.

The service is professional, the place is really clean, and the decor is cute.

I highly recommend it.

I so look forward to coming to the Nest when I’m in Sanur, this place is heaven on earth & having spent 30yr in the beauty Industry I know they know their trade, this time left me disappointed, I spent 3 days of pampering, other than Desi who is amazing at her work, the other girls that I had for treatments are not trained properly, one girl massage one side of my body & then the other, my 9 yr old could have done better, will look around for other options next year

The space and location is lovely, service is above average, my massage therapist was quite good, the healing sound at the end of the treatment was wonderful. If you’re looking for more upscale surroundings and privacy, this spa is a great choice. Otherwise the massage itself isn’t really better than other options in the area.

We tried to book a massage. The first free slot was after 3 days, at the most undesirable hour. Nevertheless, i said “let’s see tis miracle” and we booked. We got a message after a few mintues from the saloon asking for money in advance to be sent via Paypal or something similar. What an impolite and miserable approach! I know a single place where we have to pay in advance for the service. Belive me, there are tens of very good spa/massage center on Sanur. I have booked tens of spa sessions at 5 stars resorts, winning-awards spas all over the world and they never asked for payment in advance. It is NOT POLITE, understand that, you little massage kiosk. Give this psedo-center a break to learn good manners!

I had the most amazing experience during my Lost in Paradise spa package at Nest Beachside Spa. I was thoroughly pampered by Devi (60 mins Balinese massage, 60 mins refreshing facial, luxurious hair cream bath, express pedicure) and Anika (express manicure). The vegetarian sushi plate with lime sorbet and jasmine tea on the beach, midway through the treatments was a lovely refresher. Overall the spa is spotlessly clean and they think of everything (disposable panties for the massage and hot wet cloth afterward to wipe off any excess massage oils).

We encountered prompt and obliging service in early July when we were in Bali! Friend and I booked in for a massage and a wax at 4.15pm (we paid a deposit beforehand). Unfortunately we were delayed while climbing down Mt Agung, and will be late for our appointment as we needed to travel home to shower. Yanti at customer service was patient and obliging and allowed us to wash up at the spa so we headed there directly to avoid being late. Thank you so much! The ladies at the spa were lovely, massage was awesome after our climb, and the wax was meticulously done. Beautiful beachside views too! We will be back soon:) Thank you all!

Get ready to be pampered in this SPA overlooking the beach. They have a lot of services and the staff is really competent and caring. You may find it a bit more expensive than other SPAs around, but it's really worth it: impeccable cleanliness and service. Book in advance via Whatsapp!

The staff are always welcoming, and the services are great. Did the 90 minutes deep tissue massage and 60 minutes facial. Masseuses are well trained and very professional. Absolutely outstanding and prices very reasonable for the quality.

Very nice! People are very kind. The view is amazing. Massage and pedicure are a definite recommend!

I went to the nest Beachside Sp and It was amazing!
Here a review complete about my experience:
- Booking: I’ve booked 1 week before the D-day by email, they were answering very quickly and very arranged with me. I had to pay a deposit to confirm my booking.
- Brazilian wax: the most gentle Brazilian wax I had in my life. No pain, the air conditioning was perfectly set not too cold not too hot, the table/bed was very confortable. Waxing very professional and with a lot of details caring.
- Balinese massage 60 min: excellent, perfect! You can choose the oil you want, and you can tell the part of your body that you don’t want to be massaged (ex: belly)
- Manicure and Pedicure gel nail polish: perfect very professional a lot of color to choose good quality! (OPI and a lot of other brand)

My highest regards for Ms Koming who gave me a massage on one day and pedicure the next (Happy Feet package). Ms Koming is truly one in million with beautiful character, kindness and professional techniques.

The first day I had booked for lymphatic massage without realising to ask for more specific details about the massage of itself before the treatment. Ms Koming allowed me to give it a try and when I decided that it wasn't what I currently needed/ liked, she quickly suggested for Balinese massage instead. She also quickly arranged the change in my appointment with the receptionist. Absolutely amazing service recovery and ensuring that the client is happy, although it was my own doing of booking a massage I didn't ask more about.
It is very rare to find such customer service.

With the pedicure Ms Koming is very detailed, careful, gentle hands and asking for my feedback during the pedicure to ensure that it is as I like it and I am satisfied. She is absolutely amazing

The Nest is very busy establishment you will need to make an advance booking by visiting or by WhatsApp. For longer appointment I had 3 days waiting. Massage I got for the same evening, and pedicure for the next evening.

Please be advised that The Nest will need to charge 50% in advance because there has been so many prior no shows. You are still able to cancel in advance and get refund if needed.

Came there for shellac pedicure.
As it is quite expensive compared to other places around here, I expected a really good result. Unfortunately the result is only okay. The shellac that was used was pretty old and viscous, so the color is not 100% covering. And the shellac is applied too close to the cuticles, so the shellac lifts up at the edges of the cuticles.

Quality of the rest of the treatment was good!

Beautiful space and lovely, well trained spa treatments. Had the Lost In Paradise, everything was brilliant. The nail polish was of high quality and has lasted so well my whole trip despite being in a lot of water.

Really great spa on the beach with all sorts of treatments and all beautifully done. Perfect waxing divine massages and body scrubs and all the staff are amazing. So helpful flexible and amenable.

Highly recommend to try if you are staying in Sanur! Ensure you book in advance as they almost fully booked all the time.

Rooms are cute, neat and clean.
Great massage at a level of strong 5* spa. Details well thought through: warm towel to wipe feet, lavender eye pillow while facing up, warm towel to wipe oil off after massage, safety box etc.

Unequivocally, this spa ALWAYS consistently delivers superlative service and quality massages and treatments at terrific prices. One can certainly spend far more at other spas, many I'e tried in Bali. But I LOVE the Nest and always return again and again! Thanks to all of the staff, Eliot, reception, and therapists!

Truly professional outfit. Need to book ahead, and don't complain about paying 50% in advance if you actually mean to show up, they are running a business. I had 90 min Balinese massage, facial and manicure all different sessions and different staff. All professional, clean and well sanitized.

Wonderful place for a massage and lovely people that work at the Nest. Top tip is to book in advance as they are super busy. I had a massage there every day whilst staying in Sanur.
