Greta palce for gorups to book, good value for money and great ambience. Private pools and floating breakfast special. Food is ok ok
5 star rooms with 2 star service!
While checking in, I was told that last order for food was 10 PM.
Next day, when I call to order food, I'm told that restaurant is closed and last order was 9 PM (doesn't say on the menu, like it should). Not wanting to argue that I was told it was 10, I hung up. I look at my phone and it is 8: 45 PM.
I go to the front desk and get told that stock is finished. Stock for what - they hadn't even asked me what I wanted. When I point this out, the guy proceeds to call the restaurant and ask if they can still serve. They ask me how many dishes I want and I say just one. They tell me okay, they can do 1 but no more since they have many orders already lined up. This guy couldn't make up his mind about which excuse he wanted to stick me.
Cherry on top - when I suggested they please add the last order time to the menu and if the kitchen is backed up, they call the guests to inform/ask, I was told it was my responsibility to keep checking with the restaurant if they were still able to serve me.
Other minor quibbles - no moisturizer, no slippers!

Villa nya luas, nyaman dan sangat tertata rapi. Bagi yg mau kesini bisa banget, alternative Villa terbaik.
Stayed there for two nights in a two-bedroom villa (892). The spacious bathroom has separate shower area and bathtub area. The bathroom below has small bugs and worms in the shower area which I'm ok with (it was somewhat open to the sky). The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. The private pool is the larger than average.
Downsides: power outtage occured in our first night, we had to relocate to another unit while they did repairing. The car park was too small.
Overall, I'd recommend this villa and would stay there again.
Spent over three weeks here in March, nice private villa with two bedroom two bathrooms. Only used the lower level. The pool was huge compared to other villas. Daily towel changes and cleaning service
Super helpful staff and a complimentary shuttle to shopping or the beach. Close walk to Pepito’s supermarket and Pharmacy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wifi and good air conditioning. Breakfast made at villa each morning was delicious. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable.
