The Lokha Legian Resort & Spa

I love this place the staff really make your stay fun. The food is great and it is central to everything.

The rooms need a bit of love and they have showers over the bath in the upper rooms, not good for those with poor balance.

None of these things bother me at all. I will keep returning. Great value for money.

Tip. If you don't want noise while around the pool then this isn't the place for you.

We stayed for two nights over Christmas prior to meeting family in Nusa Dua and chose the Lokha for its location which is perfect for venturing out day or night with ample restaurants and bars nearby. It is a nice but old hotel with lovely staff, breakfast was average but plentiful and the pool cool due to it's depth and being shaded part of the day. Can be a bit noisy at night especially the front rooms but all in all no complaints. A perfect hotel for those on a budget and just looking to sit at the pool bar and relax.

Didn't stay here but went to eat & food, price & service Waa fantastic.

Not on the menu, but highly recommend the Chessy Garlic pull apart bread!

Hotel is dated needs some TLC in regards to maintenance in certain areas. The lift is tiny and rusty on the wall up high. Pool is okay, beds are fine and clean. Bathroom is dated and feels dark and dirty. The bathroom near the breakfast restaurant felt dirty and smelt pretty bad. Loud music can be heard in room from bar across the road till approx 930pm.

Pizza was good compared to others we had elsewhere.

The room rate was cheap (last minute booking).

Nicer hotels a block away but no doubt more money. You get what you pay for I guess. This place just needs a refresh in a lot of areas.

Fantastic place and staff just need to upgrade pillows and toilet seats and it would be top choice.

Rooms are clean & well kept, although a little tired. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always willing to help whatever your request. Very convenient location, near shops, restaurants and beach. Pool is good and swim up bar well serviced.

Excellent staff, so helpful, location superb. Legian beach 3 minute walk down the road which is lined with tons of restaurants and eateries. Fantastic money changing rates just across the street. Everything is accessible from here. Breakfast buffet sensational, beautiful pool. Highly recommend.

The room has old style, very dark furniture but aside from that the room is satisfactory. Clean and spacious. Generous balcony overlooking the pool. Just TWO power outlets so maybe a device charging problem.

The safe is very small, too small for a 13” laptop. A small tablet might squeeze inside. You will not be able to change the code without help from the staff. Locking is also a problem.

The breakfast buffet is superb. A three (or even four star) hotel with bacon? Yes! On the first morning there were also chicken sausages, tomato and onion stew and ribbon rice noodles with vegetables. The “any way” egg station is superb with lots of omelette inclusions too.

Mattresses and pillows are very very firm.

The bar fridge is large, cold and empty. Thankfully not cluttered with that rubbish we avoid purchasing. Two decent sized bottles of water are supplied daily.

The pool is uniformly very deep 1.7m do take care. They have a smaller kiddies paddling pool too. The swim up bar menu is limited but sufficient and there seemed to be plenty of pool beds to lay on, all with shade umbrellas.

Ideally located to many restaurants, shops and bars too.

All the nearby restaurants are middle to higher in expense but value can be found if you walk somewhat.

Enjoy 2 nights stay at this awesome hotel in Legian. From check in to check out the hotel staff were welcoming as you’d expect from Balinese hospitality! Walking distance to the beach and many bars/ restaurants in the area! Happily recommend this hotel for family’s or couples. You can pick a room up for as much as $55 aud a night.
