Lazy town.something quiet, relaxed and clean. Best destination ever, we'll be back, Ryan, Ade, Dian, straight to the heart.overwhelmed by the warmth when we arrived, there were tears on both sides when we left.

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and a beautiful oasis. The staff service was excellent.

It's a very nice hotel with many pools, but are there stairs in the room? I stumbled upon it. It doesn't seem to be a resort for the elderly as there are many stairs. Unfortunately, the menus of the two restaurants were almost the same. I gave it a 4.

We can highly recommend this hotel, which is located in an private area. The location is insane. You can reach the Bali collection by walking and everything you need is very close to the hotel.

The Hotel staff was more than kind and friendly. They took so much care of us, after we had an accident. They asked us at least 3 times a day, if we need something and came to visit us with flowers.

We stayed 2 incredible nights in The Laguna. We felt really like at home! Best hotel experience we ever had. Service is top class. Resort is newly renovated, rooms are spacious and cozy. Salt water lagune is so beautiful, nice beach, tasty breakfast, nice bars.everything is perfect!

We decided to spend our honeymoon trip to Bali. We have never been in Indonesia before. Choosing the hotel was a difficult task. I wanted to find something special that we would remembere for the whole life. We looked at various sites with descriptions of the areas in Bali and read hundreds reviews about hotels.
And finally, we chose the Laguna. This decision was due to the fact that I really liked the photos of the hotel, the decor in the rooms and the reviews of tourists.
We booked the room with lagoon access.

And then the fairy tale began.
Upon the arrival, the manager of the hotel gave us welcome drinks and told the amazing news: our room was upgraded. To tell you the truth - the upgrade that they gave us, we would not be able to pay for it on our own. The accommodation was luxurious. I ran around our villa with a camera and filmed every room, every view, and sent the video to our family and friends.

A few words about the villa: immediately upon entering the villa, we were greeted with a view with a gorgeous private pool, separate sunbeds and a super comfortable bed overlooking the pool, surrounded by beautiful hibiscus trees.
As soon as we entered, we saw on the big screen of plasma - a welcome congratulation to our honeymoon. Around were strewn with rose petals and pleasant incense exhaled a unique smell.
The living room was very spacious. It had a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking, glasses for any type of alcohol and a large frige. The bedroom was fantastically comfortable and it was equipped with a large and high-quality mirror.
The bathroom had a huge beautiful bath.
The staff did a very high-quality cleaning and refreshed our room again in the middle of the day.
Living in this villa, we felt us very private and romantic.
I couldn't believe that it wasn't a dream.
Throughout our stay, the staff took absolute care of us. Any request was fulfilled with a kind smile and instantly.

The breakfasts were excellent and the variety of choices was amazing. And in general, comparing dishes with many restaurants in different areas in Bali, we can confidently say: Laguna's cuisine was the most delicious. Separately, I want to note very tasty coffee and fresh juices. The desserts were our special love  Thanks to Ade and Mila!
Amazing accommodation, delicious breakfasts, incredibly beautiful beach and sea, fantastic hotel grounds.

But the main thing is the attitude of the employees. They are the Soul of this place.
I'll give a couple of examples.
On the last day of our stay, my wife fell ill. I shared this information with a hotel employee when I said that cleaning was not required today and ordered food in the room.
In addition to what I ordered, the employee brought a large pot of hot tea with ginger and a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a note with wishes for a speedy recovery. My wife was so happy with all the attention!
When we left the room, already on other islands, I found that I could not find my document.
About a few hours later, Yosua, manager from Laguna, texted me that my document had been found. My phone did not receive calls, and he installed the Telegram on his phone to write me this good news.
After this trip, my wife said: “Now I understand why we work and earn money! ”.

Decided to squeeze in a weekend getaway in Bali and The Laguna didn’t disappoint us! Love the friendly staff and service in the resort. Highly recommend the lagoon view room. The beach and sun beds are clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to visit here again!

The Laguna is a beautifully designed resort and was recently fully remodeled. As one of the smaller resorts in Nusa Dua, it feels intimate and is a perfect couple's getaway. The experience leaves nothing to be desired and is worthy of the five-star classification. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, even for the already very high Balinese standards. We particularly enjoyed the evening performances, in our five days there we got to experience several evenings of live music, a fire dance as well as a Hindu prayer and blessing ceremony in the resort's temple, led by a local priest.

A small but noteworthy highlight of our stay are the guinea fowl that seem to live on the resort grounds and made me chuckle every time they were close-by, walking around, trying to get away from guest or attempting to get into the restaurants.

This is an absolutely gorgeous resort with excellent services. I loved our stay there. It’s the perfect place for relaxing. One of the duty managers that checked us in was super nice when he extended breakfast for our stay when he didn’t have too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and one of the best we’ve had for hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali.

So, i wanted to go on vacation as it was my son's school holiday. We went on hotels.com and found Laguna. My son was interested in one of the rooms. So i came here, the guests were friendly and the service was excellent. The kind butler calmly showed us to our room, thats where the tragedy starts. The walls were quite old, the ceiling fan was a bit slow, and dust falls into my nose when i sleep. My son was the one who noticed that before i did. I sneezed a lot when i was trying to sleep, so i called a staff member to try to block it. The staff member said that there was nothing they could do to fix it, i became slightly uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed, so that no dust would be entering my nose. After one week, i left the hotel and was quite sick by sneezing. I would like for you to fix the fan and the walls so other people that go in that room would be more comfortable.

Most Luxurious Villa, we have ever stayed. Service is fantastic. Located at Nusa Dua, really amazing place to stay

Swoon! I was here on vacation with my family. I really felt taken care of here. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed in with cool mocktail-ish drinks. It was so breathtaking all around. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were 7 unique pools in the resort and a private beach at the end. There were so many healthy, but at the same time, filling choices at the breakfast buffet.

One of the most amazing holiday experience. The hotel Laguna Resort and Spa, Bali is on sea side and each room has swimming pool view. From some of the rooms you can go straight to the swimming pool. There are villas with private swimming pool. A life time holiday experience. You need to plan at least a week trip so that have time to spend in property and also able cover the beautiful city. Excellent staff, very attentive, wonderful breakfast. The receptionist upgraded my room to junior suite upon check-in. The resort is picturesque though the main pool was very green due to algae growing at the bottom.

My absolutely favourite hotel in Bali! I stayed at Laguna before and during the pandemic, and the service and quality are just as superb as they have always been! If you happen to live in Bali or Indonesia, this is your perfect treat, even if just for a night, and if you come from abroad, plan most of you time here and do day trips to explore Bali's culture.
- Beach: Laguna has the best beach in Nusa Dua with almost no waves and wind, protected by a reef; and you can do wonderful walks along the beach; there is also a surf school down the beach (not from Laguna though), they'll take you further out and I've seen folks surfing!
- Spa: the best on the Island, and trust me, I tried a lot of Spas! Hotel and non-hotel ones across the island; I really recommend the Shiatsu (no oil, great if you have sensible skin) and Balinese (great to deeply relax your muscles) full body massage, opt for 90 min
- Food: Arwana restaurant is superb; breakfast is a la carte and very very tasty, and the lunch / dinner Indonesian menu is very authentic (and spicy!) and sooo good! Bonus: room service was just as good as dining at the restaurant, and you can have your 'finger licking good' moment without anyone observing you; also love their Kulkul bar drinks selection and if you are going non-alcoholic try their chilled young coconuts
- Activities: Every day there is something happening, especially nice if you are with kids; and even though the pandemic reduced the number of interested people, activities are still offered!
- Gym: very nice, well equipped gym with machines and weights and lots of space and a personal trainer to help you get started
- Safety during the pandemic: this last trip during the pandemic, I travelled all around Bali from south to north to west and east and back south - Laguna has one of the best safety protocols I have encountered: masks, disinfection and temperature checks come across as natural, physical distancing is practiced in a way that you don't even notice (no ugly red crosses but simply more space between tables and chairs) - I felt 100% safe and well taken care of
- Service: one more comment about the service and the staff - they are simply amazing! Any of my requests, no matter how special and 'strange' - the team helped me with everything! Topping up my local Simcard, helping me organise a PCR test before leaving Bali back home, special request spa and breakfast and so much more, I was blown away by the team

Really enjoy our stay in this hotel. All staff are really nice and helpful. They really have a high standard of cleaning especially in this pandemic era. We got the balcony access to the pool. The room, pool and the garden are clean and neat. Private beach really close. The kids love it sooo much. Food in arwana resto really great. The lamb is a must try. We'll be back!

Effect pandemi covid 19 sang at dirasakan sekali. Kamar terisi hanya seminar 20%. Hebat nya ketemu Bule sama Pale perbandingannya 50%50%. Skor sebanding. Hotel dengan dikelilingi Kolam renang terbanyak. Bayangin 7 kolam renang Ibu/Bapa tinggal pilih mau yg bisa berenang langsung loncat dari lobby Kamar atau Kolam renang rasa asli air dari laut. Terus bisa sarapan pagi tersengat sinar mentari pagi plus terkena percikan ombak air laut. Bisa juga menyapa Bule/Pale yg sedang jogging n sepedaan d pasir Putih Nusa Dua Beach.

Perfecto sumpah. Pengalaman jadi turis ditanah sendiri, segala serba perfect. And they fully provided the Safety and healthy protocol for the customer.
