This should be a 5 star villa, could not fault its exactly what it looks like in the photos. The staff are fantastic, they are easy to communicate with and the service is superb. Definitely would stay again

The rooms were nice and clean. The SPA was nice too. However, the male manager's attitude is too cold. There was not a single introduction to the room, and there was not a single smile. When I told them that wifi could not be connected, they looked troublesome. I don't think it's really a customer service business. The room is great, but the manager's attitude is -2 stars.

We stayed in a 3 bed villa with 2 generations. I am satisfied that I was able to spend a spacious and comfortable extraordinary life. If you live nearby, they will take you there in a buggy, which is helpful. This is a villa that I would like to stay at again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at The Kunja in Seminyak, Bali for a week and a half in January 2023, and we both agree that it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable stays of our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredible beauty of the villa, and it only got better from there.

The villa itself was simply stunning. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spaciousness, modernity, and impeccable cleanliness of the space. The living room was airy and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well-appointed with high-end appliances, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy them together. We particularly appreciated the full-size fridge/freezer for drinks, beer coolers, wine glasses, plates, and the large filtered water dispenser with hot and cold water. The bedroom was equally impressive, with a king-sized bed that was incredibly comfortable, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space for our belongings. The bathroom, which had an open-concept design, was another highlight of the villa. It was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and we both felt truly pampered every time we used it.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the villa's outdoor space as well. The private pool was a definite highlight, with plenty of room for us to swim and splash around. The pool deck was perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a good book in the shade. The large daybed under the pavilion with fans was a great place to relax, even during the rainy season weather. We also loved the fact that the villa was surrounded by lush greenery, which made us feel like we were in a secluded oasis.

One of the things we loved most about our stay at The Kunja was the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always available to answer any questions we had or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast that was served every morning. We loved being able to enjoy freshly prepared food in the comfort of our own villa, and the staff always made sure that everything was to our liking.

We also appreciated the fact that the villa was in such a great location. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. We loved being able to sample the local cuisine and get a feel for the culture of Bali. The staff at The Kunja were always happy to recommend their favorite spots, and we never had a bad meal during our stay.

Overall, we cannot recommend The Kunja highly enough. From the stunning villa to the amazing staff to the perfect location, everything about our stay was truly exceptional. We loved being able to cook together in the villa's beautiful kitchen, swim in the private pool, and relax in the comfortable living room. We also appreciated the staff's attention to detail, from the freshly prepared breakfasts to the impeccable cleanliness of the villa. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable stay in Seminyak, Bali, The Kunja is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return for another visit in the future!

Kunja Villas is our favourite place to stay in Bali. My husband and I have stayed here 4 times now and it never disappoints! Best vacation stay ever! This Villa Resort was beautiful! Not a single complaint! From the moment of arrival, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our Villa was perfect! Clean, spacious and facilities such as pool was great!

We stayed initially for 3 nights in July and were so impressed booked 8 nights in December. Great location easy to walk to great cafes and restaurant's. They have a car shuttle that will drop you to Seminyak Village / eat street or you can easily walk. Villa is incredible, large, modern, clean and in great condition. Beautiful pool with massive lounge / day bed under the pavilion with fans which was very temperate even in the middle of summer. Staff are fantastic, our fridge wasn't working when we arrived, we told the security guards on the way back from breakfast and it was replaced within 15 minutes. Great kitchen facilities, while we didn't cook we had full size fridge/ freezer for drinks, beer coolers, wine glasses, plates and large filtered water dispenser with hot and cold. We will definitely be back when we stay in Seminyak again.

My husband and I came to Bali for the first time. We took a very wonderfull memory of the first day here. How could the room condition be perfectly clean? I’m touched. The service was perfect and the swimming pool was clean. Thank you for your service:)

Words cannot explain our feeling to this property. Our 4 nights stay was most memorable. Even though, the property was not a state of the art type of villa, It's humble design makes us feel like home. The cleanliness and quiet surrounding was exceptional. Love the greeneries, nicely design pool, outdoor spacious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub, functional leaving area and kitchen set. Staffs were also very helpful and attentive. A private cook for breakfast was also a nice addition to overall services. Special thanks to Pak Bima, FO Manager, and his team who have taken good care of our reservation and warmest welcome throughout our stay. The location was also close to lots of fine restaurants. Will definitely be back whenever we are in Bali.

Me and my wife came here in late 2019 for our honeymoon. The customer service is the best we have experienced. The staff were so accommodating, they offered free transfers locally, guided us to beautiful restaurants and the rooms were lovely too. We had a very late departure flight. They had a free airport transfer which was handy and they accommodated us with a very late check out. We were so grateful for the late check out as they were busy and did everything they could to help accommodate us with no extra charge. We were very grateful and this is why we are writing this review 1.5 years later. We hope covid does not affect their business as they are very hard working people and we hope people will flock here after the pandemic to keep this heart run business afloat.
