The Koop & Roaster cafe

I always come back to that place because of that super delicious strong coffee. They really know how to do good coffee's here! The food is average at maximum, so i rarely eat there and can that place unfortunatey not recommend for their food. But the location is good and the staff is friendly.

Hidden gem coffee shop with a lot of real homemade from scratch meals. Great coffee with beans they roast themselves and homemade cashew milk.

Extremely friendly staff, the place is also unique, small and cozy

Delicious latte, tasty breakfast and very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Santika who always greets everyone with a huge smile and is very helpful and friendly.
I used to come here a few years ago, before Covid, this year is my first trip back and I was hoping The Koop would be open. So happy it is. Visited most mornings during my stay. Definitely recommend. The cafe is lovely inside too! Perfect for gathering thoughts before embarking on the rest of the day!

First time in Bali and we had planned to try out new cafes around the area but since trying the koop cafe, we have been going back almost every day. The food and service that the staff provide is amazing!

Highly recommend these dishes:

Weve been getting the full breakfast and swaping baked beans with mushroom.
The eggs are perfect every time, and the flavours in the mushroom are to die for. Everything on the plate goes so well! And the portion is more than enough for one person

Also the mango kiss bowl.soo refreshing and tasty and the serving is huge. The granola on top is soo yuum! Highly recommend this dish!

Their banana strawberry smoothie is consistently yum! Ive had it every time weve been there and it does not disappoint!

Aaaand my fave- the coffee banana pancakes. OMG! Literally the best flavours ive tasted with pancakes, well thought out dish! Fluffy pancakes with coffee and condensed milk with bananas with vanilla icecream. Definitely a must try dish!

This place knows how to cook a great meal- 10/10 from me! Thank you to the team at koop for being consistent with your great meals! Highly recommend!

What a gem of a find. Yet another place to have acai and smoothie bowls for brekkie. Love the upstairs room. And the coffee is great, too.

A great store. Nice staff, great breakfast and delicious coffee. Not far from the beach and with comfortable seating.

Great coffee! Frenchman approves of the bread too. Friendly staff. No aircon but very light and airy. In a quieter part of Seminyak, great for a chilled brunch.

Delicious food, good coffee and excellent service. I spend the morning upstairs working on my laptop, the WiFi was decent.

On the other hand I think it’s slightly expensive for the area, there’s similar places that are just as good and have way nicer seating and interior. Maybe a small point of improvement.

Great coffee, baked treats and friendly staff! Well pulled espressos and full bodied pour overs.

The coffee is so good! Tried their single origin from Kintamani and it suits me very well. For the food i tried Mango Kiss, a mango smoothie bowl. It's awesome! Its my first time trying smoothie bowl and it's tasty, i like it! Unfortunately, they close early so you can't enjoy this good place in the afternoon.

There are various coffee bean here you can selected. I tried Moccha but the taste is still moderate for me. Anyway, the vibe is really recommended for sip and chill. Plus, staffs are friendly and nice. I have some issue with Grab driver and they helped talking with him.

The cafe actually works directly with local, organic, small scale Balinese farmers… doesn’t get much more amazing than that. Breakfast was delicious too!

Definetly one of the best coffees in Bali. Made With passion and love!

A must for passionate coffee drinkers.

We tried the coffee from there own Farm and also bought bones.

Ordered the flight taster set #2 and the avocado toast with feta.
The waitress was very accommodating when I asked for no pesto with the dish (since it's listed in the meal description). The food was very good - well seasoned and nicely presented.

The coffee tasting selection was also very good - though I recommend you treat this as a sharing set and not an individual tasting set. As you can see from my photo, it's a lot of coffee! I enjoyed the cappuccino and espresso but found the manual brew too bitter for my tastes.
I did also have to go downstairs to ask for sugar to go with the coffee as none was provided, but the staff were very friendly and gave me a whole jar when I asked!

Really enjoyed this place. Great atmosphere. Kinda like your own clubhouse upstairs that’s relaxing and homey. The coffee was great and had lots of options for you to choose

Service isn't super fast but that was to be expected as it was busy when I went in for breakfast.
Food selection was great, well cooked and we'll seasoned.
Coffee was really nice, even tried the flight 2 coffee selection to taste the best of their best and it was an enjoyable experience for a coffee lover such as myself.

In that area of Bali, you should check it out.

Only came for coffee. Had a natural and washed bean drip filter coffee. Both were excellent. Both Bali grown on their own plantation. Good atmosphere with friendly staff. Would recommend. (Bike parking across the street)
