The Kirana Canggu Hotel

Perfect location, happy, helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. Also recommend asking for the healthy tumeric juice. Yum! We indulged in the couples massage package which was heavenly and so convenient. Loved the infinity pool and proximity to beach, bars, awesome Luma restaurant just next door for the perfect date night. Elevator in hotel made access to top floor super convenient. Plenty of bike parking out front too and set back from main road so peaceful in the rooms and pool area. Only lost points for a super leaky shower (from bottom of glass door being unsealed) and a noisy Aircon (which we got used to), no big dramas at all. Would recommend and stay again:)

Stayed here for 3 nights and our shower head wasn’t working properly, bed sheets and towels had stains on them, the door handle to the bathroom was also broken and coming off and the air con unit was dripping water - we advised the staff who simply said they will book maintenance team to come inspect - didnt offer us another room until the last night when we told them again this was unacceptable - no apology or complimentary offers given to make up for the bad experience - would not recommend!

Other than the location, it's really bad.the towels that seem to have been used since it opened and the water from the shower is leaking.there's no dryer in the room, and the bedding is damp because the room is so humid. I should have looked for a slightly cheaper and better accommodation.

Outdated, old hotel that is falling apart - staff have no customer service skills when they are advised of issues in the room

Hotel with interesting architecture and room design.
Located at main road of Canggu, beach is still in walking distance.
Comfortable, clean and spacious room.
Breakfast is ala carte menu. Simple but delicious.
All staffs are friendly and helpful.
Get a free 15-minutes foot massage, which is very good.

I grabbed a banquet to see Canggu Beach and used it for luggage storage, rest, and a shower after surfing. It wasn't a luxurious place, but it was sufficient for what I wanted. It's a shame that the water pressure seemed to be a bit low.

It's located in the fashionable area of ​​Canggu, with good access, and I'm very satisfied that I was able to receive a paired aroma massage at a low price during my stay!

I rated service 4 out 5 because the staff were friendly, they helped me to carried all our luggage up stairs and they also fixed the broken ceiling light when I asked for it.

Location:
The location of this hotel was so convenient, it took us 5 min walk to the beach. A wide variety of restaurants located near the hotel.

Special mention to Front Office staff especially Ms Irma. She is very helpful and cheerful towards guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They come with full amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Quality and variety is very good. Minutes away you can find Restaurants, Cafes, Spas, Convenience Stores, Laundromats, Souvenir shops and Boutiques. Batu Bolong beach is a 7 minute walk away. Here you can chill out at numerous bars and cafes while watching glorious sunsets. I do highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent and attentive service staff. There were unfortunately a faulty safe and light in the room (rectified quickly). Excellent location, good value for money, and housekeeping is chef's kiss.

Very nice with good service. Not amazing but generally great service in a nice looking and well serviced place. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of shopping and dining options. If you stay here you won't need a motorbike or car as it's centrally located to plenty of options. I recommend it for pretty much anyone.

The spa upstairs is fantastic, the staff are amazing and it's super relaxing. Best spa I've been to in Bali.

The food at the hotel is delicious.

Price ended up being less than 45usd/night with breakfast.

5 minute walk to the beach!

Room I was given on my 1st night had no working wifi, front door could close properly, no TV reception and water pressure was a dribble at best. Front desk staff was nice to change room for me.to one that at least had wifi. TV reception and elevator were not function for my entire 3 nights stay. Only thing going for this is its location and staff. Owners need fix place up

Dirty room, dirty toilet, bad design-always hit my legs of bed’s corners in the tiny room. Very moist air and you can’t choose a room on higher floor, because upper floors are closed. The elevator doesn’t work too. Swimming pool is dirty. I am disappointed so much.
Also there was blood spots on bed linen
Noisy place.
Lots of insects in the room and the AC doesn’t work at all.
Though the stuff is nice.

Stayed in a double room and was upgraded to the penthouse, both rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved the staff, they were kind and engaging. The location is also a plus since the hotel is located in the midst of a shopping district filled with shops and food.
