The Kawan Jimbaran - Private Villa

The villas are quiet and beautifully located. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. However, you should make a few compromises at this price. For example, the rooms seem a bit outdated. For cleanliness I would give it 3 out of 5 points. It is not unusual in such countries for there to be ants here and there in this price range and size of the villa. However, the staff is very friendly. For the price, the villa is definitely recommended, but you should accept certain restrictions. Without a rented scooter I would not recommend the villa due to its remote location. However, it offers a quiet atmosphere with a beautiful view.

1. Kamar dan ruangan luas, ukuran tempat tidur besar, ada living room, meja makan besar dan kitchen, termasuk kolam renang pribadi

2. Banyak semut di kamar mandi dan juga di dalam kamar tapi wajar karena kita hidup bersama makhluk hidup lainnya. Mungkin karena musim kemarau jadi semut mencari sumber air?

3. Di satu kamar air conditioner nya agak lama dinginnya mungkin karena cuaca lagi panas sekali (musim kemarau)

4. Fasilitas kitchen ok, disediakan air galon, peralatan masak dan makan

5. Pemandangan ke arah Jimbaran dan airport

6. Jendela kamar mandi yang transparan ke arah halaman belakang yang gelap, mungkin maksudnya supaya seperti menyatu dengan outdoor, tapi ini buat anak anak agak takut.

7. Kebersihan dan operasionalitas peralatan dan utilitas perlu diperhatikan

8. Suasana sepi dan tenang

Cocok untuk tamu yang membawa kendaraan sendiri, suka suasana sepi dan ingin menikmati waktu di villa dan area Jimbaran sekitarnya.

Tidak cocok untuk tamu yang tidak membawa kendaraan sendiri.

Friendly staff and would be beautiful if they could give this place some love. Very bad location, a lot of taxis don't even wanna come here. Unfortunately we had ants in our beds, furnitures, towels, lizards in the room. The place should have at least one female worked and the reception needs to look more professional. I would not recommend this place in Uluwatu for this price.

When u visit Ungasan and Jimbaran come and stay at this villa, 2 bed room is amazing for couple and 4 bed room villa is good for family gathering

The pictures were taken at least 5 years ago, unfortunately they do not reflect reality. The villa has very good facilities, but has not been renovated enough is neglected.
Ask for a video before renting a fork. Renting a is expensive.
