I visited Beautiful Sharon for a Transformational Healing Package. I was feeling really energy depleted and lost at the time and needed some sort of a reboot. I came across the ‘Juicy Effect’ unexpectedly, while walking in Ubud. I noticed the sign, and felt like a ‘Synchronicity Effect’ as I had been searching for a raw juices cleansing program at the time - and I thought, ‘oh, the ‘Juicy Effect’ sounds just like what I may be looking for, they must have some raw juices cleansing programs there. ’ But instead it appeared to not be what I expected, however, it got my attention and curiosity and I took a program flyer home with me. I looked it up online and felt that was actually even better than a juice cleanse or that she might just recommend me one anyway. - Because of Corona Virus pandemic, I had to wait a few months, and by the time I was able to make an appointment I was feeling at my worst! - I was waiting to feel better, to make an appointment, but it felt I just kept getting worst, and eventually I had to ask for help! I felt very stressed and apprehending about our first meeting. I don’t easily open up to strangers, but Sharon is a Kind Soul and made me feel secured. I loved the first session we had because I was able to feel connected to myself and beyond again (which I seemed to be unable to for such a long time, and Sharon has the Magic Touch for doing just that). On the second session, we focused on my Solar Plexus, which was very emotional, but I was also very impressed on how she was able to communicate with the body, to find past emotional disturbances. Third session was exciting to me, because I have always wanted to know about what my body-mind type was, and what intolerances or allergies I had. I already had some suspicions but hearing it from her made them real and unavoidable, which actually motivates me to stop indulging in them. Listening to my body is something I have always been aware I should do, but I have let my emotions and ego sound louder that my body or soul. But with Sharon’s Healing Plan, I can now consciously avoid the foods I know aren’t good for my body or mind. I am learning to listen to my body, and work with my emotions. Oh, and ironically, she prescribed to me the opposite of a Juice Cleanse! It seems I got it all wrong for a long time.

Sharon and Jason's practice, The Juicy Effect is a well wellspring of healing and a joy to visit. They are both caring and deeply committed to their practice and clients. Sharon's empathetic energy work has created some real shifts for me and helped me get out of a busy head and back into my body experience.
