Went for a family trip and the rooms were nice:) The Lemon Cello restaurant was a 5/5 star experience with amazing food and service (Thank you Adita for the lovely eggs every morning and Desi for your welcoming nature along with the other waiters/waitresses!) The location is so convenient for my family and I which was superb for us and the cleaning service was very good! Overall extremely happy that we came here and will definitely come back again! Thank you The Haven it truly was a haven #dailyafternoonteawasdelicious

Kamar nya luas, terimakasih kamar saya diupgrade oleh mba Staffnya. Bersih, pool nya luas beut. Breakfast cukup bervariasi. Awalny mikir akan sangat bising turns out nda bising sama sekali. Berasa private. Bawa keluarga semua happy. Makasih Havenn

Pools are good, staff are great, location is good, breakfast is good.
But the room was a bit old and worn-out. Our bathroom drain smelled bad.

Kkta sengaja datang langsung ke hotel sekitar jam 1.30 siang untuk lihat kondisi hotel karena review nya mengkhawatirkan.waktu kita datang diterima oleh seorang receptionist bapak2, dan dikasi harga,
Kamar deluxe 9xx. 000
Kamar premiere 1.1xx. 000
Kamar pool access 1.3xx. 000
Kamar superior king bed full booked.
(Dikonfirmasikan ke ibu Aulia bagian reservasi)
dan kita diantar untuk lihat kamar yang pool access, tp kita ga mau, krn kamarnya bau apek (katanya habis clean up room, nanti disemprot jadi wangi). Kita mau lihat kamar deluxe tp ga bawa kunci, jadi dikasi tau aja kl kamarnya sama, hanya di lantai atas.kita ok aja sih.
Kembali ke meja reception, kita tanya lagi rate nya, dan kita tanya lagi untuk kamar superior, karena kita hanya butuh buat tidur aja.sekali lagi dijawab yg superior king size bed full, hanya ada twin bed.akirnya kita ambil kamar deluxe king seharga 9xx. 000.tapi kamarnya baru siap jam 3.
Malam harinya baru kita balik ke hotel dan ambil kunci kamar.
Kondisi kamarnya,
Seprei kotor, mungkin tidak diganti, tp seandainya diganti ya berarti emang jorok.
Bantal bau. (kita lapisin handuk sendiri)
Handuk sudah tidak putih lagi.
Pinggiran bathub berjamur.
Air nya ga tau kenapa licin2.
Saluran pembuangan air bathub tidak lancar.
Kamar view nya genteng galvalum.

Karena jorok akirnya kita checkout sblm waktunya dan kita complain ama reception nya, dan hanya ditanggapi senyum2 tidak serius, sampe akirnya kita marah dan diterima ama reception lain yang buka data di computer dan menyatakan KALAU KITA DI KAMAR SUPERIOR (3022), padahal kita bahar kamar deluxe karena katanya kamar superior king bed nya full. Akirnya kita ketemu manager yg bernama ryan yang berjanji akan menyampaikan ke manajemen dan akan hubungi sy kembali (Kita tunggu penjelasan nya)

Overall, kecewa ama kualitas hotelnya, tp kl memang standard kualitasnya hanya begitu ya gimana lagi.
Tapi yang parah, jengkel karena ditipu kamarnya.

Absolutely loved our stay here.
Bed is super comfy, large balconies with comfy day beds & great amenities. The pool areas & daily breaky are also just fabulous!
The staff here are absolutely wonderful, I would book again purely based on the customer service. I have to especially mention Atika- went above and beyond to help me & make sure I was comfortable while I waited for my midnight flight home. Indra was my driver & was fantastic as well.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at The Haven! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the buffet breakfast had a great selection of food and the room was very cosy. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend The Haven to anyone coming to visit Bali. Terima Kasih!

Saya baru saja menyelesaikan proyek Foto & Video Refreshment di THE Haven Bali Seminyak, dan pekerjaan ini selesai dalam waktu 6 hari dimulai setiap jam 05.00 pagi. Proyek ini tidak akan berjalan dengan baik dan sempurna tanpa dukungan dari manajemen THE Haven Bali Seminyak yang luar biasa.

Terima kasih banyak kepada Pak Wayan (General Manager) yang memberikan dukungan penuh kepada tim Senyum Indonesia Creative selama produksi berlangsung. Beliau telah memberikan dukungan sepenuh hati kepada tim kami selama proyek berlangsung.

Kami juga sangat berterima kasih kepada Ibu Dea (Marketing Communication) dan Pak Rian (Room Division Manager) atas wawasan yang luas yang diberikan tentang pekerjaan yang sedang kami kerjakan. My stay at the haven was outstanding. The service from every single staff member was perfect and not only did they always attend to our needs, but they did it quickly and they always had a smile on their face like they were happy to help which is also lovely. The food was great, the buffet breakfast and added afternoon tea was a nice touch. I have stayed at the Haven a few times now however the ever increasing prices will mean for my family we may not be able to afford to return every year unfortunately. One thing I notice also is my shower was not quite hot and it was only warm for a short period of time which meant I couldn’t enjoy a nice long relaxing shower while I was on vacation. The house keepers were very respectful, honest and accomodating, and we felt we could trust them when we weren’t in our room. Sara at the back buffet had exceptional service, he remembered our names, assisted with our baby and always made sure his high chair was ready for him. The pools were quite cold it would have been great if they were a little warmer as we would have swam a lot more. Room service came quick enough, the location is prime because it’s so close to every thing you need. The aircon was nice and cool. The internet was quite slow at times but that was not a deal breaker, the tv however could use upgrades to smart tvs so guests can access Netflix or YouTube or whichever they desire. The laundry is a little expensive so we decided to use outside services. We felt we always had enough of what we needed whether it be clean sheets or towels, toilet paper, water everything went so smoothly. Our drivers to and from the airport were very helpful and were a great first and last point of contact. Thank you so much to all the staff at the haven we appreciate it very much.

My fave thing was how perfect the beds were made every day and the beautiful smiles and greetings from all of the lovely staff.

I arrived here expecting nothing, left fully satisfied.

The location is just prime, a walking distance away from minimarkets, a drug store, ATMs, and other amenities. Even the bike parking area is right next to the elevator. It is just so convenient, beers are just literally minutes away from the store across the street.

It is also located right in between Kuta, Canggu, and Sunset Point, so convenient of you want to visit all of them but too lazy to move hotels.

The staffs are friendly. The room is clean and nice, water pressure is great.

I would definitely come back again should we go back to Seminyak.

Ps: Just be a bit careful with the room key card, as they still use magnetic stripes. Ours stopped working after I placed it next to my magnetic phone case. But the staff was really quick to help us rewrite it.

Design interior kamar OK, lokasi hotel OK, kebersihan kurang khususnya sekitar kolam renang termasuk kejernihan air kolam saat berenang sehingga jarak pandang pendek, namun yang membuat kecewa adalah layanan saat makan pagi. Memu utama yang kami pilih tidak keluar juga meskipun sudah menunggu hampir 1 jam dan ditagih sampai tiga kali. Akhirnya kami tinggal dan kami hanya makan buah. Padahal kami hanya memesan nasi goreng, omelet dan bubur ayam!

Poor room service. Poor toiletries. The room was quite dusty and i found cockroach + flies everywhere. I stayed at the suite it was very far away from the lobby / resto / everywhere else.

Tempatnya bersih dan cukup nyaman. Makanan untuk breakfast cukup lengkap dan dilayani dengan baik dan ramah.

Luxurious hotel and villa near Double Six Beach, loved our huge two bedroom suite with living room, kitchen and pool view. Friendly and attentive reception and restaurant staff during our visit.

The downside was the walk to our suite was really far and since it was raining on our first night, the floor was really slippery. The lights on our main bathroom was also out and no hot water on the other bathroom during our first night, but it got fixed on the next day (no one came during our first night even though the reception said someone will)

The choice for breakfast was also limited due to covid and parking is a bit confusing.

Tempatnya strategis, Kamarnya luas terutama di suite, bersih, staffnya ramah". Poolnya banyak, harga di restoran terjangkau.pokoknya recomend

Mungkin karena PSBB dan PPKM jadi ada maintenance yang kurang dan beberapa perubahan kebijakan.
Berikut yang saya temui selama menginap 1 malam.

1. Pintu rusak, terlepas dari engselnya.
2. Penyumpat air di bathtub tidak bisa di-pop-up, jadi airnya gak bisa dibuang.
3. Keran wastafel kamar mandi lepas, dan sudut keluar airnya itu kalau dibuka pelan malah gak masuk ke sinknya
4. Air panas tiap 15 menit mati, gak ada gunanya kalau mau dipakai berendam.
5. Tidak ada sabun cair, sandal, sikat gigi.
6. Reception kalau online, gak bisa ditelepon.

Dulu saya suka di sini. Hanya sekarang belum dulu ya untuk kembali. Karena masih banyak pilihan hotel lainnya.

Your reputation still the best accommodation in Seminyak area, although this pandemic strucked us, you still gave the best services. Keep the good work and keep strong!

BEWARE!

they advertise the photos of best most expensive suites with the lowest basic room prices.they do add "start from" in description as an excuse/out for misleading

and they happy to argue if you spot it.below are two example photos of "suites" shown in the adds with the prices of basic hotel type "room" pricing

Came here for visiting and assist my friends to check-in in the evening. At first sight, this hotel looks very expensive, stunning, and have a large places for everyone to do their activities. But for me it's a little bit darker, need some light especially for the pool near the lobby.

But if you're visiting this in the morning, you'll see a place look like a HEAVEN? VERY DIFFERENT from the looks at night haha. It's very stunning and I really speechless, no words can't describe it, even better than impressive. There are more than 1 big pools, and each of it has a clear and clean water for you to swim. Another best part from this hotel is actually exist in a strategic place, especially for the tourist to go to several interesting place or simply bought daily goods at Circle K across this hotel, oh and there are a lot of restaurant near this place too. I'm sad I didn't know this hotel earlier since it's on exclusive Sale event on Agoda platform. I'll book this hotel if I came to Bali again because the pool is very irresistible for me
