The Elysian Boutique Villa Hotel

Wasn’t the best holiday I’ve been on… our private pool was cloudy, they did not clean nor put enough chlorine in the pool. They put chlorine on the 2nd day of our trip and it made my skin sting. Also hot water wasn’t working had to ask for them to fix it… also bedding isn’t clean as I got red bites all over my skin from bed bugs. Buffet breakfast was very average and only had 2 options- American breakfast or eggs. The pictures of the villa look far better on the website than in person.
The villa was also far from main strip of shops. Had to always get a taxi which would take a long time to come or not come at all. One night the reception ordered us a taxi and we waited 40 mins for it to come for them to then tell us it’s not coming. Didn’t enjoy it and ended up ending the holiday early. Did not feel rejuvenated after the holiday rather felt unwell and agitated.

Awesome! I rarely publicly praise anyone unless I am blown away.

Elysian is my answer to staying in Bali. This is my second stay with them and without fail, their services are still exceptional.

Each employee remembers you and greets you by your name. They remember your preferences, look after to your needs, provide you recommendations and are genuine.

The villas are well kept and quiet (no road noises or loud neighbours). The lush greenery makes you feel like you are secluded even though you are a couple mins of walking distance from town central and the beach. Another plus: No mosquitoes nor bugs!

Rush bamboo serves exceptional food and the spa is superb!

We booked direct with the Elysian over 2 years ago before the pandemic and are still waiting for a refund from the resort. 2 years on! They now ignore my emails.

The Elysian is a beautiful boutique resort. The villas are very private and have amazing tropical gardens surrounding them, creating an oasis like experience.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the tropical surroundings of the villas also mean that you don't get a lot of sun during the day (at least in my villa #17), which means if plan to spend the day sunbathing by your private pool, you may only get a couple of hours as the sun shines through the foliage. While this creates a beautiful atmosphere, a little overhead foliage reduction would be nice for more sunlight. It also makes the private pools a little cold and only good for a quick plunge to cool off, not lounge about in all day. Although the main pool is great for this and also very serene.

Also mosquito coils lit in the poolside area of the villa each evening was a bit hit and miss. Some nights they were, some nights not, and there's plenty of mosquitos.

The villas are beautiful inside and well designed. The beds could be a little comfier for such a resort though.

Other than that, they are beautiful villas in a great location moments from the beach and the bustle of central Seminyak. And the staff are wonderful.

I will always remember the Elysian as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Everything is as you expect and see in the pictures: villas are wide, luxurious and comfortable, pool (s) warms and clean, delicious food and great drinks, unforgettable spa and last but not least: the staff was at a level you can not imagine! From the restaurant to the spa, the reception, the room service, house keeping, everyone at Elysian made my stay unforgettable. BRAVOOOOOOO!

Cannot find a best location in Seminyak, we are near to everything. Villa are cozy and very clean. Food amazing with fantastic service.

A very beautiful place. Great accommodation, fantastic food and the staff are wonderful. Loved having our own pool. It’s a quiet haven that’s close to shopping in Seminak as well as beach but it’s the happy staff there that really help to make your holiday really special. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing, beautiful villas, private pools are great, the staff are so friendly and helpful, food is delicious. Bali is a crazy, busy and noisy place but when you get back to the Elysian it is quite, relaxed and so welcoming. We won't go anywhere else now and have recommended this place to all our friends.

This boutique hotel is amazing. It’s in a quiet area of Seminyak, but easy access to town shopping and Ku De Ta Beach. The staff are what makes this place so special. They’re attentive, without being aggressive. I am and will definitely be staying here again and again.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. Amazing staff, amazing room, amazing day spa. By the time we left the staff felt like family, always greeted with a smile, and nothing was ever any trouble. We will definitely be back!

Best place to stay if you look for villa accomodation but with full hotel service. They got 24 concierge, public swiming pool, bycle rental abd shuttle sercvice. Each villa they have their own private pool. Enjoyed the privacy and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended to all traveller who need accomodation, close to centre of seminyak but not to crowded. We had our breakfast in villa and it was amazing. The food soo perfect.
