No good service. Asked water after 10: 30 but they denied to give and replied to buy outside. It’s a 4 star hotel and they cant provide water. Utter disappointing.

Close to the airport, BUT the room was absolutely disgusting. The bed had stains on it, the shower/bathtub was dirty, and there was no hot water. Would not recommend at all.

At first entering the room we noticed a smell usually found in enclosed humid places, it was not nice. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom smelled awful and was dirty. I complained to reception and housekeeper went to check the next morning.
Regarding the smell, they fixed it. However I was still reluctant to use the bathtub since it didn’t look good. Shower head and drains had a lot of calcium buildup. The sink had stains.
I was in room 1005. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel room. However, the hotel common areas were nice.

We picked this place not for it's price (cheap) by our standard, nor the food n facilities (adequate) or rooms ditto, but for the 8min location to airport by Cab.

Kamar tidur cukup besar, sayang air panas di kamar mandi kurang berfungsi, jadi airnya harus dibuka cukup lama untuk menjadi sekedar agak hangat.
Breakfast cukup enak, lokasi agak masuk ke dalam dari jalan.

I want to say a huge thank you to the reception team of the hotel and especially reception manager Hari! The guys went on a challenging mission to find my missing bag, that I accidentally forgot in a random taxi caught on an unknown street next to the airport. After hotel vehicle journal analysis (that the hotel maintains!), numerous phone calls and some orchestration, I got it back!

A huge shout out to the team for being so helpful and going above and beyond to make my stay gorgeous!

Great service. We stayed here for 7 nights had awesome service by service staff and also breakfast staff. Food was really good.

Good value for price, place near airport (5min) not so much traffic. We stay here for few hours waiting for our night flight. Good food and affordable price.

We stayed here before heading home as it's close to the airport. Was really impressed with the room which also had a lounge area. Lunch was great. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Paling recommended di bali. Gk rugi kalau ambil d sni kelas kamar yg ter tinggi. Kendalanya kamar mandi bau sampai ke kamar jadi agak menggangu sampai minta pewangi untuk toilet. Overall terbaik sih makananya juga enak

Stayed a few hours before flying out.reasonably priced and super close from DPS airport. A perfect place for a layover. I booked an airport transfer (a large wagon) from the hotel, I think it was 65k. The room was clean, spacious and has a good working hot shower. There’s no lift. The staff can help you carrying your suitcases upstairs.

Recomended bgt, tempatnya sangat nyaman and staff nya ramah sekali, lokasi strategis dekat bandara

Suka sekali di sini sayang untuk hotel sekelas ini ac nya berisik sekali dan suara dari tetangga kamar apalagi yang di atas benar2 nyaring kedengaran dari kamar sebelah atau di bawah nya

The place is awesome. Kinda hidden place but its nice place to stay. I stayed with my family. There's a small pool. And a dinning/restaurant. Staff are great. Very clean rooms.

Nice place with friendly staff close to the airport. The room was nice but sparse and the bed was comfy. The restaurant served nice food. Wasn’t very close to many things but ok to stay if you need somewhere close to the airport.

Very good. Good value for money. Clean, rooms a good size and very nice hotel in general. Recommend using the free airport transfer. Was an issue with finding my driver but a quick email to the reception and they got straight back to me.

Paid around 40Aud a night for this gem of a place! Get the ground floor suites they come with a tub! They are fantastic and super big! Will definitely not regret it! You can even rent a bike for 75k a day from the hotel! Fantastic hosts and nice and friendly staffs! Definitely going here next time!
