In Bali to bike-pack the island in my Salsa Cutthroat. Katut literally dropped everything and gave my bike a full tube up with excellent attention to detail. Shop has a fantastic selection of gear and patient, knowledgeable staff. Best bike shop in Bali!

After 3500 kilometers I changed tires and a Servis and they packed the bicycle to go to Vietnam, the Mechanic was excellent and the guys who serve them were all very attentive…. Thank you so much

The staffs are very nice and helpful. My Brompton front carrier block was broken while I am biking towards Bali which makes me not possible to carry my front bag. After I told them my promlem and request, they tried to look for a solution for me. Since there was no individual spare parts available, I asked them to do me a favor to take out the front carrier block from one of their new Brompton bikes, they didn't reject and check the possibilities. I finally got fixed on my Brompton bike. I really appreciate and thankful to all the staffs for their keen help. In fact, I have been rejected for the same request at another official Brompton dealer before I came to this bike shop even they also have available Brompton bike. They don't really want to help but keep saying that there's no individual spare parts available. I here to thanks again to all the staffs of The Bike Shop Bali.

Forgot to rate you guys. But faced a terrible bike mechanic/shop in Nepal and remembered how good you guys are!

Sometimes you could find a rarest part here, which you couldn't find elsewhere.

And they have best mechanic Pak Ketut, whom you can get the best support for bike repairing.
