There has been no language barrier at all, all staff a fluent in English and are completely competent on actioning my requests and responding to all of my questions. Great concept, poor execution.
Bali Curator does not properly review the manufacturers that they recommend. They recommended a scam manufacturer to me.

I'd paid for them to locate two Bali manufacturers for my product.
First manufacturer - they didn't manufacturer the product I was looking to make. Bali Curator apologised for locating the wrong manufacturer but no refund.

Second manufacturer - I went with, turns out to be a scam company. Paid and never received the goods after two years!
Bali Curator does not properly review the manufacturers that they recommend.

I reached out to Bali Curator to ask them to remove the second manufacturer from their list to stop the same thing happening to other people but they didn't bother.

If you want to open your sustainable concept business, this consultant is highly recommended to advise and work the project with you. Living in Bali or not, worry not because they are very reliable and professional to deal your project. My previous experiences was I took their online class about Business and Social Impact and it gives me lots of insights, positive networking and deepen my knowledge specially about the sustainable living. Also they always response to my messages, both email and instagram DM. We love to discuss about everything around Sustainable business!
