We loved our stay at the Kempinski. It was front the moment we started our stay through our departure, every moment felt like 5 star service. The staff and crew of the hotel were incredibly friendly and supported us though every question we had. Susiani and the staff at the cliff lounge were especially wonderful.

A truly 6-stars resort, by far the grandest resort I have been in, the scale is massive and is hard to describe, and is packed with facilities and amenities that defines excessive.

The lobby was immensely grand, and the view from 15th floor looking down the hill is spectacular, you can view it while having any meal there, they offer a variety of different cuisines.

Absolutely beautiful, 6 star, not 5 star. We went there for dinner which was very expensive (seafood restaurant) and it was more like Tappas.l love seafood but this was not much for your money (cost us $350 and that was just for the food, no drinks). The restaurant is in the Aquarium which was a beautiful experience and that made up for the food account. I came out there hungry and l wouldn't eat there again but the scenery was brilliant. Sorry about my negative comments but it was our thoughts (not everyone's). The exterior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the gardens are stunning.

Service is nice, but the room smells like sewage, the air con doesn’t work and the pool water stops at nighttime. For the price we pay it is unacceptable.

Great experience and service. Could have arranged the rooms better upon arrival, we were seperated even tho we booked months in advanced to be next to each other.

Architecture of the hotel is very impressive. Beach far too small for the horde of people. Rooms are nice but completely overpriced for Bali.
We checked out and rented a private villa with a private pool. This is actually significantly cheaper per night than the Kempinski. Therefore we would not recommend the hotel.

Tip: just make sure to book your experiences right after booking the hotel. Ex spa, restaurants.etc

This hotel is stunning but so busy that it looks like a bus station …. A stunning bus station indeed with very well turned out passengers. The hotel is so successful that there is a traffic jam at the entrance and the lobby. And the lobby entrance is packed with suitcases. It’s a great place if you want to be seen and take photos but if you are looking for the Bali serenity and tranquillity then you better look elsewhere

The architecture of this hotel is truly amazing never seen nothing like that in all my years of life.even the coral restaurant was something to behold who would've thought they would have a restaurant inside of a underground aquarium

Stayed here for 4 days, the pool is amazing. We got the ocean view room and it was majestic! All the restaurant inside is top notched!

Looks like a palace hotel. Big as hell, could’ve improve on their internet and also the bar is not as nice as other hotel (Mulia & St. Regis). But the hotel breakfast was awesome! Windy location, great for sunbathing, ordered a few drinks on the swimming pool area, great place to chillax

Hotel yang keren di Nusa Dua Bali. Hotelnya keren, kolam renang keren, pantai keren.makanan enak.suasana nyaman.
Asli keren banget tempatnya.

How come such a big 5 stars Hotel employ a racist foreigner manager?
We come to apurva is for enjoying, not being look down or underestimate by him.
We come for happy, not for getting angry.
This hotel have a nice and beautiful hotel, but not with the attitude and the racist manager. Speaking rude.
I hope management will take the action against this sucks manager.
Dont think that we dont bring money to the hotel. We smash the money to ur face. Remember that. Low class manager.
