The staff is very friendly and actively tries to help, so I am very satisfied, but the condition of the room is so unsatisfactory that I am not satisfied with the reservation amount (150k rp)

We made a reservation for 3 days, but the hotel made a mistake and made a double reservation with another customer, so we stayed at the hotel for only 2 days and then were sent to another hotel.
The other hotel was far from the city and completely ruined our travel plans.

Very welcoming, room was comfortable, pools were nice. They arranged driver for us to go to waterfalls which was nice.

Hotel located off the main road, but still accesible by foot to Ubud main attractions

Parking spot for car only 1/2 available

The hotel needs to reinvest on its amenities, especially replacing the pillows as its grossly yellowish and stinks!

Small ants are everyday encounters, which i guess is common in Ubud area

Overall, a comfortable stay in Ubud area

Lovely stay at Tebesaya Cottages. The breakfast menu is pretty basic but still plenty choices. Options are: Indonesian breakfast, western breakfast and American breakfast. They have two pools and the rooms are very clean. Ubud is a very loud place with loads of traffic but here you feel like you have a bit of peace and quiet in all the loudness. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Shower could use an update.

(+) The lush greenery and the ambience. I love the design of their garden! The room was clean and the location was strategic. Bed and couch were comfy. There were two pools. The place is close to the Temples and Sacred Monkey Forest. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The sunset view was pretty great from my room. I think it has the best view compared to other rooms.

(-) I stayed in Super Deluxe and requested a room with tub, but couldn't use it due to poor hot water pressure. The bathroom could use some maintenance to get rid of the stains.

Room and service was really worth it. A few streets away from the massive temple ceremony jam and it's pretty close to the cafe street. It's even better than some other 4 stars hotels during my bali trip.

Air tidak berbau. Koneksi WiFi cepat. Peralatan mandi lengkap, wangi dan untuk sabun shampoo disediakan yang cair sehingga lebih higienis. Di depan kamar tipe reguler ada balkon cukup luas dengan pemandangan yang bagus. Lokasi hotel di dalam gang namun dekat dengan pusat keramaian. Pelayanan staf hotel juga sangat baik. Saat menginap kemarin dibantu oleh Sulastra yang ramah, helpful, dan informatif.

Lokasi di tengah kota, dekat spot populer di Ubud, hotel tidak besar tapi cukup asri dan halaman yang rindang, staff ramah dan sangat membantu

Good hotel, easy to reach in the middle of ubud, strategic place, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms and very friendly staff

The pleace is clean and tranquil and at a fairly and somewhat close to the Monkey Sanctuary, you should try the Nasigoreng theirs is the best!

It's a very good place to stay at, very clean, in the middle of the city, and a very humble staff. They are very helpful. It is a bit difficult to spot the hotel.

Our stay here was amazing! The staff went above and beyond for us without asking. The rooms are spacious and the two pools here are very clean. It really feels like you're in a rainforest within the walls. We will definitely stay here again without question.

Very good place to stay.nice rooms and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 2 swimming pools.very lovely ambience. A Indian restaurant 'Sitara' close by. Baby sitting available too. Extra beds are provided on payment basis for a family of four with small kids.

After reaching the hotel, I was denied check-in saying my booking was not confirmed, whereas I had received booking confirmation from travel website.
