28One of the thousands of good temples ha Bali has to offer. Need to pay more than nationals to see it.
Very nice, well-kept facility. You have to be there early. On Sunday we didn't have to wait. You can feed fish there and walk across a lake on small stone slabs.
Peaceful places, the fish are so big because everyone feeds them, save some fish food for the end lakes. On the front entrance lake there is always a queue for pics.
Entrance: IDR 50,000 per pax
Suggested to buy fish foods (IDR10000 for 3 small packs) at the outside. It is to attract the fish and you can get a better picture with fish.
Tirta Gangga is a former royal palace in eastern Bali, Indonesia, about 5 kilometres from Karangasem, near Abang. Named after the sacred river Ganges in Hinduism, it is noted for the Karangasem royal water palace, bathing pools and its Patirthan temple. [1] The one hectare complex was built in 1946 by the late King of Karangsem but was destroyed almost entirely by the eruption of nearby Mount Agung in 1963
Ideal for a walk and get to know Indonesian culture. It is also advisable to take a bath in its crystal-clear mountain waters.
The place is nice the only issue is which is quite common in Bali unfortunately is that you receive no information about the history of the place.
It is a beautiful and cute garden with plenty of water fontains and statues.
You can see almost everything in 40 min since it is not very big.
The price per person is 50k rp.
Worth seeing. Have visited it for the second time. But it's more crowded with tourists. It is also a popular destination for Indonesians who live outside of Bali.
Very interesting temple. Not to miss and recommend to take swimming clothes and go in the water and follow exactly what the locals do. Very nice experience and refreshing
Beautiful place to visit in Ubud. A MUST place to visit. Not a big place and sometimes is crowded and it's difficult to make a photo with nobody there. But it's worthy.
Bagus pemandanganya walaupun jarak dari nusa dua lumayan dan perjalanan kami kmena macet tetapi sampai disana rasa capai terobati.
Amazing Place, one of Hidden Jewel in Bali, if you bored with Beach or Bar in Kuta or Seminyak, you can go to this place, good for Photo and beautifull place.its a Old Kingdom hostorical Pond.
This water palace is Historical site, good vibration, fresh air and water.also nice to take photo with rustic style.
This is one of the oldest building using concrete technology.
The architectural style also not same with the most building style in bali.
One of the most popular tourism object in East Bali, Tirtagangga Water Palace, a Royal Park Pleasure Garden look like always visited by Intetnational Tourist.this is a nice place to visit for our vacation, just visit or we can stay there, they have homestays with good atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful ricefields and rice terraces.
Tempat yang cantik. Ga sia sia datang jauh2 dari jakarta, buat lihat tempat ini. Udara yang sejuk bikin orang betah berlama lama disini.
Beautiful water and garden park.lots of fish and the water is so fresh.but so touristic during weekend.
A beautiful water garden and Hotel and a nice place to visit if you are in north east Bali. The water park although not large offers plenty of good photo opportunities and also has a hotel and a place to eat if you get hungry. Pick up some fish food on the way in as there are plenty of large carp in the pools who will appreciate the snack. I am sure it can get crowded at high season or popular times so keep that in mind for your visit.
