This is a great place to get private spa with a serene ambience. They even got a chinese translator for my friends.

Very polite staff.had the best spa of my life wish I had more time to get the facial done too.

Staff are very kind, but its over priced, their service is just normal, not that fancy for their price range.

I booked the couple full package massages for 3 ours with body massages, face massages, favial, milk bath, scrub & foot bath.

The masseurs are experienced & always smiling. Live the vibe.

We had my wife's phone stolen by someone on a bike whilst travelling. We stopped here as we were lost. To make the situation worse I had no internet on my phone and now we couldn't get our scooter to start! As a tourist this is not the best situation to be in. Foreign country, no phone, no internet, no scooter, no way to get home.

Although we were upset about our phone, I am really thankful to these men who helped us with our scooter so we could get home safely.

The staffs very humble and well behave. The treatment I took was honeymoon couple whatever the name is. You'll get massage, scrub, and jacuzzi.

Make sure you tip the therapists.

We got the honeymoon package for a couple. Was very good really. Long enough to feel absolutely relaxed.

Body scrub was not as strong as I hoped but still soothing.

I would definitely recommend.

Great spa and good service. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk into it’s hidden garden. My family had a great massage there. WhatsApp booking was easy.

This is my second time doing spa here at Taman Air Spa with my husband. The masseuses are very professional and gentle. I love the atmosphere and the service here. Definitely coming back here for spa again! A big thank you for Masseuse Jero, her technique is gentle. And I’m totally in love with the milk bath jacuzzi! A must do in Taman Air spa!

The place sooooo niiiiceeee. I love it. The treatment so satisfying. I took massage and hair treatment. All is great. Puas banget maksimal. The important thing isn’t take ur money too much. Termasuk murah lhoo.if I have a chance to come to Bali again definitely will come back to Taman Air Spa ️️️

Worst spa experience ever. The therapist seem didn’t know where to press the right part of the body so that the body won’t feel uncomfortable. They really have the worst spa therapist ever. I came back with an even more deteriorate body than before.

Have some problem but the manager was eager to solved the problem and appreciate the gesture. Five star

Many points of disappointments.

Their menu show prices in USD but they accept only IDR! And so charge high conversion rate from usd to idr. (charged me 15,000 when the rate was 14,200)

Time management of the staff is really bad. They will waste sometime in between the massage for bringing some shampoo, filling the bath tub etc.and stop at the exact time according to the clock. For me, the head massage should have been around 30 mins but they did for only 3-4 mins!

The oil they use for massage is ordinary perfumed mineral oil which is not effective in the body and only smells good.

Staff is not good in English communication.

They do not have pick up and drop facilities to the hotel.

Ambience and facilities of massage room is good along with the waiting area and premises.

Orchid spa is better in terms of massage service (although a bit more pricey).

Great spa, great experience. The massages are very nice and customer experience was good. We booked a couple's romantic package here and it was good.

Having looked at the photos we were expecting a flower bath, instead it was a bubble bath which was nice but not as nice. Also would love for staff to give us opportunities to take photos of some of the nicer parts of the property and also of the bath, it was all quite rushed and we were pressures to the next bit.
