Synergy MMA BJJ Academy Bali

If you’re thinking of training whilst in Bali I can’t recommend Synergy BJJ enough.
Extremely welcoming, fantastic knowledge, amazing location and vibe. Niko the coach extremely articulate and professional. 5 stars. Don’t miss out.

Amazing culture, the coach and students there are all very friendly and supportive, you have everything from flow rolls to tough ones, it caters for all levels 10/10 would train here again!

The outdoor painting was beautiful. And it was a strange experience. I saw it for the first time, and everyone was kind, and they left me a memory of taking classes with good people. The teacher answered each student's questions one by one in detail. He is a good leader and teacher

Professor Nico did a fantastic job of teaching and the principles with which he taught us kept things very simple, but effective. Will definitely go there to train whenever I'm in Bali.

Coach Nico and the whole gym were so welcoming and helpful! The lesson was easy to follow and was taught really well. The rolls afterwards were amazing and I can’t wait to go back. Highly highly recommend when you’re in Bali:)

Great place to train while in Canggu! My wife and I were here for a few days and I was looking for a place to train. Niko, the instructor, was a great teacher and all the students were really nice! Might be hard to be in a bad mood in Bali though. Highly recommend training here

Stopped by for a session after a shoulder dislocation. Everyone was understanding and super helpful especially Niko, the coach. Cannot recommend enough. Definitely stop by if you've got the option!

It was a privilege to be able to train for just 2 sessions with Niko during my time in Bali- I learnt so much

As a white belt, advanced no gi classes can often be too complicated and you can feel like your wasting the time of more advanced classmates. However Niko was humble, patient and took the time to break each small part down until he was satisfied I understood the techniques.

Will definitely train again when I return to Bali and would 10/10 recommend to any locals looking for a gym or travellers passing through in need of a couple classes

Had a 1-1 session with Nico, to go over some specific points that I needed to address to improve my game. He was super skillful and generous with his knowledge. Really helped me out and gave me lots to work with when I return to my home gym. I'll definitely go back when I'm next in Canggu.

Had a great training session at Synergy BJJ, coach Niko is a truly master in BJJ, he has a great training strategy and a great way of explaining them, cant wait to come back to Bali to train again with those guys!

Came by for a no-gi class during a short trip to Bali. I had a great time training here! The techniques being taught and instruction from Niko was awesome, very detailed and some stuff I can immediately add to my game. Everyone was also very friendly and welcoming, and the level of BJJ was definitely high for everyone I rolled with.

It’s situated on a rooftop space with plenty of mat space, nice view and cool breeze. I am definitely going back whenever I get the chance. Can recommend to anyone, both beginners and experienced folks!

First time trying BJJ and I have to say as a beginner there’s no better place to start than with Synergy BJJ. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating for my lack of skills If you’re in Bali and want to try something new I would definitely recommend giving this place a go
