This is absolutely the best sushi I've ever had. So fresh and tasted incredibly amazing. If you are visiting Bali this place is a must! Great prices and most important the husband and wife that run the restaurant are Angels. A+ on everything.

Definitely a 5! Quick preparation, delicious rolls, fresh fish, rice did not fall apart. We are surprised, we will definitely come back again

Small restaurant with super attentive owners. The food is delicious, very good value for money.

Excellent small place. The tuna is excellent and the service is very friendly and familiar. They take a little while to serve, but it is normal because it is handmade at the moment, which is appreciated.

It is a clean and economical place. I already came in 2019 and now in 2023 I have returned twice. Very good quality

As a Frenchman and from the Paris region, I am used to eating good sushi and I was afraid of being disappointed here in Bali, but clearly not.
It's quality sushi you have to go don't worry about the rest.

My favourite japanese sushi in the bukit. I have been coming for many years. Pak nyoman is a master of sushi, he often has special cuts such as tuna belly. 5 stars!

Don't get the positive reviews for this place because it is honestly underwhelming.sushi was expensive for a warung you can get better standard at a quality Japanese restaurant and it was bad for me. I bought the rainbow roll - sashimi was fresh i guess? But it was thin portion, and the rice ruined the sushi roll for me - it was really mushy, not Japanese rice, and just bad. You can get way better sushi at a better ambience. Total bill was 105k which was not worth it at all. I don't understand the good reviews, the rice really ruined it for me. Maybe the sashimi is better. If they improve on their rice quality, it will be alright i guess.

Staff were lovely, sushi fresh except I ordered a tempura roll, cucumber wasn’t listed but it was included.

Best quality/price for REAL sushi, nigiri or roll of the island I guess.simple place but the food is amazing. Menu is not as big as big famous place but all is extremely fresh, you can go there closed eyes

The sushi was ok.not that great. I found something different in the quality of their soy sauce.

The most delicious sushi and rolls that I have tried in Bukit area. Prices are not cheap, but the quality compared to other places is decent

Great Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices for the Sushi lovers; excellent menu choices. Simple, informal & pleasant ambience in central food area of Ungasan.

Taste was good but I wish they made the rice a bit softer. Some of the rice grains were a bit harder than the rest.

Absolutely the best hole in the wall place for sushi, sashimi or nigiri on all of Bali! If you are in Ulawatu you really should stop if just once you will not be disappointed and you'll keep it on your list to stop at again whenever you're in the area. Service is fast, fish and rice are fresh.

We were only in Ulawatu for two months.in Sushi Wasabi at least once every week! We made up the excuse for laundry (Sung Laundry is across the street). Seemed reasonable seeing we"had" to do laundry (drop off and pick up!). Never crowded, others seemed equally happy that few know of this gem of a place. We intend to stop every trip to the beach in the future.

The food is delicious - they serve great sashimi and nigiri but try hot foods as well. Chicken teriyaki was really good! The warung itself is simple and clean. The service is good.
