I don't understand why there are so many positive comments. Dead rocking chair, I went to the basement in the early 00s, the conditions were even better. The equipment is old, there is not enough of it, the floors are crooked, the matte finish has long since fallen into disrepair. Maybe the cafe is still bearable, but that's all there is positive here. And the staff is really not friendly, you smile at them and grin in response

Very nice gym, modern machines, good music and with 70k a fair price for that value! I'll definitely come back.

Was charged 70k for a daily pass + 2k extra for credit card payment. There are better gyms for half the price. Only went there because they had bikes but honestly felt totally ripped off. Place is very basic, equipment ok. I wouldn’t mind that if the place was priced fairly.

Overall has everything you need to get a good workout in, no AC but windows are open so that helps with ventilating the sweaty air. Cafe is great with tasty menu options and affordable prices. Staff are really lovely and polite. Minus 2 stars though as the gym is full of barefoot + topless dudes working out. I know it’s hot out, but would be nice to have rules for guests to wear their shirts and shoes. It’s not hygienic and most of all gross for other guests who have to clean after their sweat that’s left behind on benches and equipments since they have no clothes on and mostly don’t clean up after…

Horrible place, one of the trainers is touching lady's and when you tell him he becomes aggressive. Be careful for the local trainers here. Also! It's not allowed to charge a different price for bule and local. Overall horrible place!

Temapat gymnya bagus, alat lengkap, dan tempat luas dan tersedia makanan healty food nya dan harga juga ga bgt mahal

This gym has everything you need for a resistance training session plus some cardio equipment like treadmills (x4) and bikes (x4).
Cost is 50k per session.
They also have a restaurant for making gains. Chicken breast, with veggies and either rice or mash is only 55k and the breast was big (gotta love a big breast).

Would give 5 stars but no A/C so your gonna get sweaty.

Very rude staff, there is no AC and the smog comes in from the road. It is small and if there are like 5 people it is full.

Untuk orderan online lewat aplikasi gojek/grab kalau makanan belum jadi, tolong jangan di pencet tombol "Pesanan sudah siap" karna notifikasinya juga masuk ke customer, dan customer bisa complain ke driver karena notifikasi pesanan sudah siap tapi belum di antar. Padahal kenyataannya pesanannya belum jadi dan driver masih menunggu di resto.

50K Day pass. For the amount of Machines that’s pretty okay. Some newer and older machines. Dumbbells. You can get a good workout there. Just avoid the rush-hours as it get very busy.

Amazing place, best value for money in Canggu, a lot of people go here but everyone is so nice. Make sure you bring a towel, Cafe too also sells real cheap protein shakes!

Unbeatable for this price, got all you need to work out. The protein shakes are awesome too!

Had one of the best tuna steaks ever over here!

Place looks a bit small and old but there's as many machines as a place like fitness +, less people and it's 1/2 the price.

Maybe surprisingly the food is amazing, the best food had in Bali for that price. Try Ikan tuna and the yellow butter. Thank me later ;)

You can pay per visit or monthly subs.
Fhe area is surrounded by rice field. With good air circullation. This gym is no AC on it.

The locker is available. If you want to buy a drinks they sell it next door.
Per visit cost you around 30k.

The equipment was enough to train muscle group. Free weights also available.

The parking lot is enough for car and motor cycle.
They provide disinfectant.

Great gym. Good mix of bules and locals. Small but well equipped, even has TRX suspension gear. Seldom crowded. Treadmills overlooking rice fields. Decent monthly rates for bules. No AC but that’s a plus for me. I want to sweat. Killer cafe attached. Trainer William makes sure weights are returned. I have been to a lot of the gyms all over Bali, and I only review the ones I like. If you spend most of your workout looking at your phone and diddling with your playlist this gym may not be for you. Great mix of friendly people, but not a networking hotspot. My only complaints are that it’s right on the main road with highway exhaust, and they play the music too loud. But ask and they will turn the rap down.

Selama saya berkunjung ke Surya Gym ada beberapa keluhan yang harus di perhatikan di antaranya:

1. Tidak ada protokol kesehatan sama sekali seperti; cek suhu, pakai masker, sanitize, tidak menjaga jarak dan tidak memperhatikan kapasitas/jumlah pengunjung. Meskipun sudah di vaksin 2x harus tetap ada protkes. Jangan sampai ada yang positif covid dan Bali tutup lagi (semoga tidak terjadi lagi) lalu masyarakat terus menerus menyalahkan pemerintah, padahal masyarakatnya sendiri tidak di siplin protkes. Tolong hargai pemerintah.

2. Tempat yang kurang terbuka, tidak ada pendingin ruangan & penetralisir bau sehingga saat pengunjung berolahraga, ruangan menjadi pengap/bau keringat.

3. Staff yang kurang ramah misalnya; tidak ada ucapan selamat pagi/siang/sore/malam, tidak ada penjelasan price/harga & mengenai loker (tempat barang).

Saya mengkritik seperti ini bukan maksud saya membenci tempatnya / orangnya tapi saya berusaha mengingatkan kembali mengenai protkes supaya semuanya tetap di siplin, biar Bali benar-benar pulih total jika masyarakatnya disiplin dan menjaga kebersihan.

A nice gym, 20k for locals per visit.pretty wide, they have a stand by staff and he was so helpful.the view is paddy terrace, also have car parking spot, lockers, and small shop to buy drinks.

Great big studio with lots of machines and weights, you can do your basic workout for a fair price. Daily pass is just 45k, compare to the other overpriced studios, that one is a great deal. Staff is very friendly and helpful

It has most of the things you need to get fit.

The guy working there will help you with your questions and show you how to train the muscles you need. ‍️

Good gym for the price, which is 25000 IDR (1.50-1.60 EUR) for a drop in. Equipment is quite old and there are no fans or AC so things can get sweaty) on the other hand standing by the window breeze can cool you down a bit. The music is playing way too loud though, which is why I started bringing noise cancelling headphones
