Too good places to visit trekking was very very good and Atv ride was awesome, just loved and fell in love with the tour guide and trekking people over there. Just melodiously charming and adventurous place guys u should visit this place if u go Bali Ubud … AWESOME

Worst experience.running a scam service by robbing more money for photos and videos taken by them while doing activities.

Arung jeramnya asyik.penuh tantangan dr titik drop ke sungai hrs menuruni ratusan anak tangga dulu bgtu pun pd saat pulang dr sungai ke titik pick up hrs menaiki anak tangga.sayangnya tdk ada penjual air minum di sekitar jalur drop ataupun pick upnya.tp arung jeramnya asyik dan menantang.

A good tourist trap I don't recommend at all. Sloppy quad outing in 1 hour flat out. Nothing interesting about the ride. To flee!

Visited Surya Bintang adventure for white water rafting and ATV ride. Great for adventure seekers and who want to try something new. The staff here were polite and friendly. How the office to Aiyung river they arranged a seperate vehicle. The food served here was ok.

Soooo good! Welcome drink was lovely. Swing was super fun. They take a bunch of photos for you which is amazing. The rafting is insanely cool. A couple tours a head fell into the water but ours was spot on and didn’t have any trouble. Tour guide was amazing. Lunch was good nothing too crazy but good. The ATV is a blast for about an hour. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone. Worth the $$ for the day.

Awesome rafting experience. With great employees who speak some English. The part that was a bit rough was the 2000 steps to the raft and the 1500 steps back from the river. After adrenaline ends from the rafting, waking up so many steps is quite tough. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time or I would have been willing to pay a bit for a nice ride back to the origin. Room for improvement if they care. Provide a nice ride back without hiking the mountain again. Otherwise, lifelong memories made here with kids (7&8 yrs old). Will brag about this experience to everyone interested

I had a great day then got a phone call when I got back to my villa saying I had not paid in full. I had paid part on my card and part with cash. They argued the point about this until I sent through my receipt. I got no apology or follow up phone call. This company is not right and I would be careful in using them if you do.

At first was apprehensive about doing an ATV tour in Bali, having had no prior experience in riding ATV. The company offered ATV tour at a good price and I decided to give it a try. No regrets and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guides (2 of them accompanying 4 of us) was very attentive and took care of our safety. One led the group, another took photo and was also the rear guide. The guide was always checking back to see that we were following and would slow down if we needed time to catch up. They gave me tips when I was going down the slope and placed safety as the priority at all times while also ensuring that we had great fun. Another group (a couple with their son) had a small incident and I saw the guide attending to them very professionally. They were well-prepared with first-aid equipment (sprays, plasters, bandages, gauze) and knew how to cheer the kid up from crying to smiling after the treatment was done. Thank you for the experience.

I went to Surya Bintang rafting straight away without booking on Saturday morning, their service is great, good value for money. I went with 4 other friends and we got our own boat with a friendly guide. Despite not booking in advance, they service us straight away with no hassle.
Shower is also clean and plenty of space to eat buffet lunch (provided) after nearly 3hrs rafting experience!

Recommended to book in advance and contact their manager (Tude) who is friendly and very accomodating. Thanks Surya Bintang team for a great experience!

I was having ATV ride here and it was fun! They have private path, so no public road or residence road.the tour guide also friendly and nice. Recommended!
