I arrived at the bar early Sunday afternoon. There are about 10 people at the tables. The barman was reclining in a chair watching the TV. He seemed like uninterested in serving me. Eventually he did. He didn’t offer me a glass and had to ask for one. I asked for the WFi password but it was incorrect. Great service.

Good value rooms simple with fridge and air conditioning, can organise bikes etc for you as so many places to visit. Very nice pools and the views from restaurant/bar looking over the water are amazing.

What can be said about sunset villas? First of all, it is located in a very good location with a great view of the bay and all the volcanoes of Bali. There are also very nice pools, the staff takes care of the trees and plants on the grounds, and I am grateful to them for that. But it’s the end about plus side. From the very beginning we were not met, then we still looked for the owner and he said that there were no vacant villas. Then, as if jokingly, he said that he still remembers our reservation. At first glance, everything was very good. But when we got to our room, a joglo-type villa, everything indicated that these are old, carelessly maintained apartments. Apparently, when they were new, they looked great, but unfortunately not now. Dirty windows, dusty rooms, mirrors with stains, dirty old smelly towels, the inside smells like you are visiting a 90-year-old. Terrible wi-fi, if it wasn't the Internet on the phone, it would be a disaster. Cobwebs in the corners, dust, rusty metal fittings. Although the service staff is generally good. Prices in the bar for food are taken from the sky, taking into account even the average price tag of a restaurant. Maybe I'm paying for the seat and the view? A million dollar view, and a bar restaurant.no comments. When our stay at sunset villas came up, I asked the owner when I could check out. To which the owner said "now" and we were just going to breakfast at 8: 30. I asked again and he answered again "right now". I asked why now, and he after thinking answered that you can do it at 12: 00am. That is, on your last day of stay, the first question the owner and bar staff ask you is "when are you leaving? " which makes a negative impression. By the way, this happened not only to us, but also to our neighbors recently. They don't ask "how was your vacation". Not to mention the fact that at breakfast they brought us one of the dishes that was not what we ordered, since one of us does not eat meat. To which the waitress asked me "don't you want to eat after your girlfriend? " and did not even apologize for the mistake.

That's all. I do not recommend. This is not 4 stars. These are 2 stars pretending to be something more.

P. S. The most important thing is that our towels were never cleaned or replaced during 4 days. Although the staff is always sitting on the reception sofas and asking "where are you going? "

Blackey, Made & Nyoman are the best family run bar and restaurant in Lembongan, from phenomenal sunsets, to the best spring rolls ever & giggles to be had with Blackey - Sunset Villas is not to be missed when you go to Lembongan! A total must in your holiday.

We stayed in a beautiful, large villa for a little over a week. We had the pool to ourselves! The owner always made sure to accommodate new guests a little apart from each other. So that you had the feeling of being alone. The staff and the owner are super friendly and fulfilled our every wish. The journey was also uncomplicated and well organized. Shuttle from the airport, boat and a shuttle bus to the resort. If you're looking for a quiet resort, this is the place for you! Thank you for the great stay!

If you want a budget place to stay but on the higher lux side, then this is the place for you. We could not fault the staff here, the family are so friendly (including their beautiful dogs who slept on our porch watching out for us every night). It's right by the beach and a few sights, and there is an awesome beach club near by called Sandy Bay which does great food and drinks.

We will be heading back to Lembongan and staying here in the future hopefully. Each villa is clean, large with a lounge and bedroom separate, great fans, Aircon and nets.and the outdoor shower is a great touch! As well as the pretty much private swimming pools you share with one or two other villas.

Rather quiet as it's post COVID and off season, but one of my favourite locations so far in Bali. Perfect for sight seeing on a scooter or with a tour.

Sunset Villas is my go to, my second home! I have been coming to Lembongan since I was little and now that I have found Sunset Villas i won't stay anywhere else. The rooms are traditional hut style and I have always found them clean and comfortable. I love the outdoor bathrooms. There is a great restaurant bar upstairs with the most amazing view of the sunset over the cliffs.
What I love most is that after coming back so many times the staff treat me like family, they are so welcoming and accommodating. Blacky, the barman, is the best! Nothing is too much trouble and he will organise any day trips or activities you want to do. The grounds and pools are beautifully maintained. It's family friendly (my kids are just as at home here as I am!) I can't speak highly enough! Coming back after after Covid, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the place is in better condition than ever.

My family’s stay at Sunset Villas was the best part of our holiday to Bali. We loved the relaxed vibe there and clean, cool villas. My 4 children aged 18 to 8 had a ball. Something for all, staff are amazing and looked after us so well. 3 pools to choose from and those sunsets from the bar/restaurant are the best. Definetly back again soon.

Sunset Villa and cafe is the best place to enjoy the sunset and have cocktails and food. The villas are set in beautiful gardens giving privacy and tranquility. There are 2 lap pools 25metre and a small play pool good for kids

This was my first trip to Nusa Lembongan, and I have fallen inlove with this island. Sunset villa is a family owned business with a beautiful setup. Stunning gardens and great little hut style villas. There is a great bar/restraunt with the best sunset views. Simple food with gluten free options and also kids friendly.
Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. This was the holiday I was after. An authentic Bailnese experience. Thankyou to the crew for having my family.

Did not stay at the villas, but the bar was great. Amazing views with very friendly staff. Want to play some pool or darts with the coldest beers the island? This is the place to come. Also a good sundowner spot.

Best place on Nusa Lembongan to stay. Local family owned and they will do anything to make you feel relaxed and enjoy your time. 2 lap pools to have a real swim. Wander nearby to sandy beach and defenitely be upstairs for sunset, game of pool or darts. Hire a bike, go snorkeling, fishing, surfing it will all be organised with local knowledge and best prices.

I'd call this review NO FRESHWATER, SHOWERS ARE SALT WATER if there was a title to be written.

But let's start with the good stuffs.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and there's a beautiful view of sunset that you get from the restaurant. And there is a huge pool (25m?) in which you can swim laps.

The most minor thing about the bad parts is that I think it's just a family housing complex that was turned into "hotel" by buying a bunch of ready-made wooden huts. You can see it by the cheap dividing walls that divides different part of the garden randomly (not so randomly if you imagine that it's house/land borders). So it's not so much a hotel as a managed group of huts that you can rent.

Don't bother with the restaurant. I mean, it's not terrible, it's just very simple and you might not want to waste your precious few holiday dinners here.

The really bad part is that there IS NO FRESHWATER IN THE HOTEL. No joke, the showers are salt water, the sink is salt water and guess what, they swab the floors with salt water so that there's a constant stickyness under your feet everywhere you go.

My review is regarding the restaurant connected to the hotel. It is absolutely trash. We waited over one hour for our food, then the dishes get delivered with 20 minutes intervals so no one got to eat together. We should've just leave because all the dishes was overcooked, burnt, tasteless and not what we ordered. Do not eat Gordon blue, pizza or fajitas. You'll regret it. The burger was ok, but took 2 hours. The sunset was nice doh.

Great sea view while having a meal or drink. Very big swells have waves breaking high into the air.
