Really dissapointed in the service.

I was happy with the quality and price of the product, until I bought my glasses for the 6th time there.the employer explained me wrong about this certain type of lense where we've never even heard before. When we complained, they were so defensive, wasn't expecting that kind of intense response. For me, it was very unprofessional.
What dissapointed me the most was the first words that came from her mouth, "It's impossible for me to be mistaken" and then I explained again and she went "We'll check the CCTV recording" which is so disrespectful and unhelpful bcs it didn't record any sound~
Respect for the owner for giving us a compensation, tho we didn't take it but thank you very much. We just don't wanna do anything else with your employer.
Maybe we were just expecting too much? Idk but at least.we were expecting your service would have that much higher standard.
