Very good quality of massage. My masseuse Nana was very professional. I felt really relaxed and her massage was perfect. Massage room was very clean and hygenic, it has shower booth also so that i could wash off oil after massage - which i really appreciate since i am not big fan of the oily feeling in hot weather. Reception is very professional and FAST. We bought a gift voucher for our family and they did the ribbon decoration also, looking nice. Overall it was really nice experience. Also, you should book in advance. Sundari is one of the best spa in town - i heard it from my local friend.

Came here with my husband upon recommendation and I think it was one of the best massages I ever had! We both chose the deep muscle healing massage and we indicated we wanted a strong massage, which was what we got. The place is comfortable and clean, and has shower facilities to wash off the massage oil, which was great. I got the lavender and rosemary blend and it was such a nice, calming scent. We would definitely return the next time we are in Bali, this might be a bit pricier than other places but well worth the money and still much cheaper than what I would pay in Singapore.

My partner and I had the most amazing experience at Sundari. It smelt amazing the minute we stepped in, our therapists were so skilled at what they do and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed to enjoy our treatment in true peace. Highly recommended and would be back again!

Absolutely recommend Sundari. Highly suggest booking in advance as it is very popular. Therapists are well trained and attentive. I was asked to complete a consultation form prior to my treatment to advise of any concerns and special requests. I had a 2 hour full body massage and a pedicure and was very impressed at not just the professionalism and cleanliness, but how efficiently the spa was operated and their attention to detail. For Bali, the spa is on the premium scale but given the service, it is worthwhile.

The only two issues i had and ruined the whole experience, firstly, their booking system, which you have to book and pay before arriving, even if you are booking for after 1 hour and they sent you the wrong invoice on Paypal, which what happened with us.

And while i was there explaining our situation to their nice manager, and how it is not my fault, there is another very rude employee who kept cutting us off while talking and brush us out, which we had to tell her in her face to stop talking to us.

You can find way better treatment in other places.

2 hours might’ve been a bit too long in hindsight especially since I’m pregnant and an hour being on my back wasn’t very good. Otherwise quite a nice experience. The vibe and aesthetic was pretty nice.

Sundari is my favourite spa that I always go to while visiting Bali. It’s an amazing experience from the moment you enter - welcoming you with a drink and cold towel. Everyone is so friendly and the massages are amazing! Two of the things I also love is that they do a complimentary pick up within seminyak and after your massage you can have a shower so you are not full of oil after your treatment.

Massage session is okay and place is clean. However lobby is too small and crowded during peak times and the environment does not make us feel relaxed upon arrival. Also request for customers to take off their shoes outside at the entrance and our feet is at risk of scalding from the super hot floor tiles in midday afternoon. This step seems unnecessary

This is not the stress i need on vacation. Felt like they were keen to cancel if you didn’t respond to msgs or were delayed. We reached on time but they took 20 mins to start the massage. Felt hypocritical.

Quite simply the best massage treatment I’ve ever had. I was given my treatments by a very professional masseuse named Chris and it’s was just amazing. The place is very professional, peaceful and I came out feeling a new man. Also was there with my wife who was struggling with a back injury and she was taken care of perfectly. A MUST for Canguu.

My attendant offered 'extraction' where my pores around my nose were squeezed with a metal implement of some sort (never actually saw it)

Sundari is one of the most famous top rated spas in Seminyak, and this experience was gifted to me for my birthday. I was very excited for this 2.5 hours pampering — the luxurious atmosphere is there and can be felt, together with the service. They have wide array of options for oils and scrubs, and they make you choose at the start of experience. I am quite surprised though that our couple room did not have a bathroom so we had to run out all the time in between the sessions. Massage was good but not crazy good for me compared to other spas. The facial was the same, scrub was nice with them washing it off with you just laying there. But cleaning our bed while laying and supposedly sleeping isn’t as nice. Bath was nothing special since they just put flowers and served coconut, expected a little bit more special somehow.

Overall experience was great; but some things can be improved — private toilet for couples room especially for a long session like that. Our flow from how to enter as well can be fixed - like our foot wash was done in another room where others getting massage are there, before being brought up to our room. Also a more private welcoming area that’s not so busy can be appreciated especially for such premium expectations they put for consumers.
