Sumampan Waterfall ulasan
20Hidden gem. Very quiet compare to other waterfalls in Ubud. Small fee to enter. You can swim and stand under the waterfall. If you’re waterfall hopping in Ubud, I highly recommend
Very pretty waterfall and a little hidden in the vegetation.the route could be a little complicated for small children or older people but there are always handrails and handholds where you can hold on. You pay 20k
Very nice place, there were people but not that many, you pay 2 Australian doli at the “entrance”
A beautiful place without too many people, it's nice.
Like everywhere, parking costs but this is justified because the place is well maintained. Stairs to access the site, it is easy for a person of normal physical condition and sedentary. Pretty sculpted rocks along the route, you can also take sculpture lessons right next door.
A rope to cross and access the waterfall, under which it is not recommended to stand due to the strong pressure exerted by the water as it falls. A good and beautiful refreshing moment.
Amazing waterfall which is not crowded at all, we even had it to ourselves at one point. Entrance fee: 20IDR. You have to go down quite steep steps and through the river to get to the waterfall, but really worth it!
A beautiful waterfall with a somewhat difficult descent. It goes down a few steep steps (and later up again, of course). You can see figures everywhere on the rock faces. Once at the bottom you have to go through the river to the waterfall. Unfortunately the river was a little too deep today. But you can also take beautiful photos from the shore.
The waterfall is beautiful and is reached through stairs. The path is short but steep. You can get into the river, there are many sculptures that add magic to the site. If you go early there is hardly anyone
The place quite clean when we entered. Overall is good ambiance. They have center waterfall and river flow, but yes correct, the water not really clear and clean. What I am concerned is the stairs to go down the waterfall and river is a bit dangerous and no safety, at raining time, I am not recommend to do trekking. Also because we pay 20k for the entrance, we suppose to get someone to stand by at down the river, just in case for security reason. This waterfall need more upgrade their facility to make it better for tourism.
Waterfall is an unnatural side effect of illegal stone mining. It used to be free but now they charge you 20k to go see a natural disaster. The way down is not safe. Not worth it.
A high waterfall with icy water. What you need for hot weather! The entrance to the territory costs 20 thousand liras per person. There are practically no people. The river is very small, so it will be problematic to swim in it. But there is a natural canyon that resembles a Jacuzzi, I advise you to visit!
This looks like someone was trying to create a tourist destination but it never took off. Lots of neat carvings on the way down. Waterfall is OK, looks like it was manually cut out of the rock. Swim a little farther down stream for a more natural waterfall (though there was a good amount of trash around the base). Entrance fee was 40k; I only had 30k on me and the nice lady let me in and let me pay later. Worth a visit, not as busy as others like Kampo Lanto.
Zero crowd just one family and I. Evening though the water was not strong when I went as there were not much rainfall, the serene sound matched with no tourist murmurs I got to refresh my mind.
I sat on a rock, watched the clear waters and cooled my toes. (current was still rapid for a swim!)
I thought it was free but 20k IDR for a relax was well worth it.
Pretty poor experience here. The first 'waterfall' you see was a trickle of water falling from what looked to be a man-made cut out in the cliff. I actually had to question if that was actually the waterfall? The stairs down are very steep, the railing is a bit ropey but safe enough to get down. There are some nice photo oppurtunies at the start of the path to the waterfall with very colourful flowers, palm trees and some rice fields. The price was 20k per person which is the same as the most touristy waterfall Tegenungan. Later after climbing back to the top the local person working there asked how it was? We said quite bad due to how poor the waterfall was, he then said there was a bigger one further up if you walk through the river. Why he didn't tell us this when paying i'm not sure? At this point we couldn't be bothered for the long walk back down to try find the supposedly 'bigger waterfall'. We paid 15k for an unreal waterfall known as Uma Anyar before this one, which is 5 mins down the road, the staff there were very helpful and you get a guide free of charge (unless you feel generous enough to tip which we did). I would recommend going there instead, you won't be disappointed! The 1st picture of the tiny waterfall is at Sumampan. The last photo of the large waterfall on this review is a picture of Uma Anyar which I recommend to go to instead!
Entrance fee is 20.000k/Person but not worth at all compare to other waterfall. It is managed by local people, no ticket receipt received. The local government is urgently needed to manage these all before everything goes wrong.
Air terjun nya bagus.
Also one of best waterfalls in bali and I had to recommend to go again hahahaha taking a good friends soon.
It's not as big as Tegenungan or as developed. There were a handful of visitors when I visited. Access is via a nice walk through a narrow path that slowly gets steeper. Then a really narrow steep stair down and round the cliff. Getting to the waterfall is via rope water crossing river. Very peaceful and quiet. Not really much parking if you are coming in a car. Small warung and no one trying to sell you anything yet.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Don't bring too many belongings. Come in bathers.
20000 IDR for entry here per person to date i.e Jan 2023.
Breathtakingly beautiful. You can spend hours here swimming, chilling taking photos for your instagram!
MUST DO IN BALI IS ALL I CAN SAY.
No tourists there when I arrived. Had a great time and the water was warm. Shallow crossing and a rope to hold on while crossing the river.
