I came to Suko as a intermediate surfer and took the 3 lessons with video analysis package. I was very happy with what Edy and his team was teaching in these lessons about my mistakes, surf in general and details about the spots in the Changgu area. The video analysis was very helpful for seeing the little details that matter and are holding me back from getting better. I made very good progress and feel like the time and money was a perfect investment into becoming a better surfer. Thank you again for being so helpful and enthusiastic!

They are all amazing! Inside and outside the water! The teacher helped me a lot, he really cared about me learning the proper tecnique and also me having fun so for me 10/10. Totally recommended. They also allowed me to store my bag, gave me restaurants recommendations and lots of good vibes. The photos and videos they took of me were amazing. Couldn't be any better, Suko's team is the best

I took 3 lessons with Suko surf school as a complete beginner and I have loved it. Both Edy and Angi are great coaches and really nice guys. I loved the hands on approach mixed with a bit of theoretical knowledge. Also the video analysis and pictures helped me to improve. Within 3 lessons I went from complete beginner to catching a couple of waves in the line up (with help of course). The school is well located close to many surf spots and the schedule was flexible and adapted to my level. The lessons are definitely worth their money. I also loved Edy's wife and daughter at the surf school. All in all I can highly recommend Suko surf school!

We had a great day! The level of the students is taken into account and transport to the perfect location was also arranged. The instructors were super enthusiastic and helpful, so we were able to get up quickly and catch a lot of golf!

Really good place to learn how to surf! I had a lesson with Anggi, he teach me really well and at the end of the season I was able to get the waves by myself, to accelerate… Definitely he was good teaching me! I got really good tips that will help me in the future!

A very nice surf school. Well organized and personalized surfing classes for each level I take several sections here and have a great surfing experience. They have Video analysis for each class which help me to improve quickly. The school is cozy, clean and comfort to stay, also good coffee and nice staffs here

I walked in randomly and wanted to try just one lesson but ended up coming back for 5 lessons! I’ve tried several surf lessons in Bali & Lombok and none compare to Suko. Most surf instructors on the beach or in other schools only teach you the very basic, and simply get tourists to try to stand up on the board as many times as they can until they get exhausted (usually in less than an hour). At Suko, Eddy & Anggi are super dedicated, knowledgeable and flexible. They recommend the right location, timing and boards for your proficiency level, and their lessons are flexible (unlike other places that wrap up your lesson in less than 2 hours, and don’t care about the tide conditions). They correct your techniques with specific instructions and tips. The video & photo debrief back at the shop after surfing is really useful - you learn a lot from their analysis (plus you get really nice photos & videos sent to you after). Suko lessons may cost more than the random ones you find on the beach or online, but everything is all-inclusive here and trust me - it’s worth every penny! Definitely coming back here to progress to intermediate & advanced levels in the future!

The best surf School! Anggi, Edy and the rest of the staff are so nice. The surf analysis following the lesson is helpful and I love that they plan out the time and location of the lessons depending on the weather conditions and tide. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Suko surf if you’re in Bali!

I got to stand up on the board on my first try and they really break down the moves before going into the water.videos and photos are included in the surf lesson package so you can review after the lesson what went right and wrong, then improve on it the next lesson.overall really great teachers and they bring you to the beach that's beginner friendly.would def surf w them again!

The best value surf lesson in Bali. Suko Surf provide world-class teaching, quality surfboard rental, transport and video analysis all in one. The team cultivate a safe, friendly and most importantly super fun learning environment for all levels. We came with a group of 20 people with mixed abilities, and were provided one coach per two people - incredible! I will definitely be back for more small but spicy waves with Eddie and his team.

Excellent surf lessons from Eddy and Angi at Suko. They are patient and very knowledgeable about surfing.
To start, they assess your surfing ability (or lack thereof) and tailor the class to build your skills and confidence. There is an emphasis on safety and enjoyment.
I highly recommend and will use them next time I come back to Nelayan Beach.

I had an amazing one-on-one session with Eddy at Canggu Beach. He had great positive attitude and made me feel comfortable and safe out in the water the whole time. After the lesson he took the time to review video footage of our session. We went over the things that I did well and he pointed out other areas to focus on for improvement in future sessions. I received a download link for the videos and photos in full resolution no more than 30 minutes after our session. Great bunch of guys, highly recommend!

We took our very first surf lessons at Suko Surf. When we walked into their shop we were immediately greeted with a big smile by Tama and Edy. What we really liked was their flexibility about scheduling your lessons. What stood out the most was the fact that they will drive you to the best surf spot for that day based on your skill level. Within no time we were both standing on our boards and were able to catch our own waves! What also distinguishes them from other surf schools is the photographer who is always joining us during our sessions so that they can provide you with feedback using photo and video analyses. They will even send you all the cool surfing pictures and videos afterwards, and this is all included in the price!

I really really appreciated the attention to what I really needed to work on to improve my surfing practice. Eddie and Angi we’re really skilled and fun surf coaches.

I got to improve my longboard surfing. I deepened my learning on how to read the waves and go on the waves that were most beneficial for my skill level. The other thing I got to learn is looking at the wave and judging the wave as it’s coming and continue to look at the wave during my whole pop us process. And have fun during the whole process.

I loved loved, loved that. I took pictures and videos, so that I can see how to improve myself practice. That was gold for me!
