Great location, yet still quiet resort. Lovely pools, with plenty of beds for everyone. Breakfast is usual Bali breakfast, rice, noodles fried vegetables and egg station. Room service available 24 hrs. USB by the bed. Good aircon. Staff absolutely gorgeous and so willing to help.

I stayed there for 7 nights. It was very good experience. Good location, Nice ambience, comfortable beds.
You can improve your hotel menu by adding 1 indian vegetarian option with rice in your menu

Please put thick curtains in rooms to prevent sunlight as you get direct sun light in room 5.45 am And its very bright, its hard for people like me with sensitive eyes can’t sleep in light.

Nggak nginap disana, hanya antar anak renang. Kalo diliat yang nginap disana rata2 turis asing semua ya. Tapi pelayanan mereka ke lokal juga ramah banget kok. Lokasi bagus banget sih dekat kemana mana.

I would say I made a poor judgement for going here for a business trip. Don't get me wrong. The hotel is great! But I don't think it's the best choice for a business trip.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy! I checked in around 1.30 pm and my room was ready. Lucky me.

Breakfast was nice. They had several varieties of western and Indonesian food. The hotel is close to many varieties of restaurants and convenience store too.

I may come back for vacation!

This place is super convenient, there are some super basic and old room which I would highly recommend avoiding at all costs due to old sloping beds, failed running hot showers. Limescale build up and old thin walls, doors and windows.

However, we explained our disappointment in the old style rooms and they gave us complementary upgrades to the XL rooms which are their newest edition with modern features, newer finishes/details. Very good showers, far superior and clean.

Pool open almost 24/7. Which is great for night time swims.

Open breakfast buffet every morning, with daily rotation of different dishes flavours and foods.

Reasonably good hotel in convenient location. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room we stayed in was OK, but ants were present as well as some black worms in the bathroom (crawling up from pipes).

Breakfast most definitely needs improvement.

The admin staff did not help and care about anything at all. We did not get the room we booked and got single beds not double. When asked to upgrade to double bed room we were just snobed and told to go away. Not very friendly at all. Would not recommend until admin got replaced

Hotelnya bagus bersih strategis sekali. Petugasnya juga ramah. Termasuk yg bernama Ayu dbiasa terlihat di resto kalau sarapan ramah dan luwes

Front Office staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ibu Dayu for her excellent service. Upon checking in she make you feel special by her kind gestures. Always address guest by name! Breakfast buffet quality and variety is awesome. Location of hotel is main selling point. Minutes away you can find Restaurants, Cafes, Spas, Laundromats, Convenience stores, Souvenir shops and Boutiques. Guest rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Room comes with excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hanya 1malam saja dan tdk mau kesana lagi pelayanan bagus. Kamar yang di bangunan baru pun tidak terlalu baik kondisi nya.

The room was full of worms.
Something very disgusting and disappointing.
The managers were aware of this matter. They just kept cleaning the room whenever we complained.
It was the worst 3 days I've ever spent in a hotel.

This is a good hotel, good location, temples on every corner, nice rooms, excellent pools and garden environment. What really let's it down is the food. Breakfast is disappointing, and the coffee ️ is dire. Nice omelet tho.

The staff are very pleasant, very helpful and courteous. The housekeeping staff are very good, nothing is too much trouble. Clean rooms, somewhere nice to sit outside and drink a cup of coffee, just not one made in the restaurant.

Mengunjungi saudara yang menginap disini, tempat luas, kolam renang juga luas. Sepertinya bangunan tua, namun masih terawat dengan baik.

Kemarin nemenin sodara ke sini. Hotel yg bagus. Kolam renang luas. Parkiran juga luas. Hanya saja tidak ada lift nya untuk menuju ke kamar.

Jika ingin berlibur di bali dan menginginkan view yang bagus, hotel ini bisa dijadikan referensi selain di tengah kota juga akses ke pantai kuta dekat

Salah satu hotel yg bisa di jadikan pilihan.lokasinya dekat dengan Pantai Kuta dan di depan hotel terdapat toko toko yang menjual oleh2.

Untuk kolam renang cukup besar dan untuk menu sarapan cukup variatif.

Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk yg berpasangan, dan berkeluarga.

Wow. AMAZING sekali sama staf F. O.nya namanya dewa KARI, apa tidak didik sama management hotel.nya padahal uda tua lho, ngmong.nya tinggi sekali nadanya sama tamu g ada sopan santunya dan gak da gretting ke tamu.
F. O hotel adalah muka hotel lho dan mewakili semua departemnt hotel.
Saya hanya minta sandal dan salah menyebutkan no.kamar, eh malah saya di marahin dikiria saya maling dihotel apa.uda hotelnya bangunan nya kuno, banyak nyamuk dan kotor.kapok sekali dach balik ke hotel ini depan staf f.o seperti ini.tolong untuk owner dan jajaran.nya di didik staf.nya yg baik supaya menghargai tamu.
