Magnificent stay in this really very pleasant hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, entertainment, shows, swimming pool with bar in the center.top notch! Too bad just for the lunch and dinner buffet, very basic. I would have liked a little more choice and especially local food. Thank you again for this perfect stay

Our last hotel on our Bali trip, as the location to the airport is better than our favorite hotel in Pemuteran.
The hotel itself is completely ok, just Melia style, uniform standard, but could be above the rest of the world.
The hotel location itself does not represent the multifaceted Bali, cordoned off area in the water, here the focus is on water sports (jet skiing, paragliding, various offers are available here). Hotel complex after hotel complex, you have to leave the complex to experience something of the lively life of the locals. We only booked breakfast, which was completely ok for 3 nights. Really good and varied buffet, attentive staff.
Our room, a junior suite with a view of the street, was very large and clean. Sure, you can see the age of the hotel, but everything was really up to the star standard. Kettle, minibar (inclusive for all-inclusive meals), coffee and tea are available in the room. 2 toilets are also nice, spacious bathroom. 2 water bottles are available per day (300 ml each), we still stocked up on additional water from the nearby supermarket. Personally, I would never advise anyone to stay longer than 3 nights in one of the hotels in Benoa, you are simply missing out on this beautiful island. At the beginning or end of your Bali trip, this hotel is completely ok. If you like, you can book all-inclusive, you can also book it on site if necessary.

This hotel can be recommended unconditionally! Always smiling staff, great breakfast, great location on the beach, within walking distance of many restaurants, clean rooms - that's what you want for your vacation! Bali, we would love to come back!

Stay at the hotel from September 23-October 7,2023. A charming Balinese-style hotel. Lots of greenery, large, clean rooms, cleaned every day, bar refilled regularly. As for the food, it's very good. The drinks were made from good spirits and there were no queues to the bars. Enough sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. Overall, a very successful stay.

Recently we have stayed in this hotel during our holiday at Bali. It is an excellent hotel with all facilities and good breakfast. We love to come back again. There are many trees with flowers in colour in the resort. However, most visitors do not know what the plants are. I have a small suggestion to label the trees (common name and if possible with a botanical name) to get educated the guests those who likes to know. You can add value of the resort with very little costs.

I booked this 5 star hotel expecting the standards will be amazing.

This is the worst place I've stayed in in my time in Bali.

First of all, it says "all-inclusive" which is very misleading which only includes breakfast and not other facility. Spa rates are very high too.

I called the hotel before arriving to help me book a scooter and be ready when i get there. I was told there will be scooters and they will help me book once I arrive and they cannot reserve it for me. Then hung up the phone on me.

Upon check in, I was expecting them to call the scooter rental place and I was told there's none left which ruined our evening plans.

I complained to the manager but he was not very helpful and didn't seem he wanted to help. He pretended to call a scooter place but hung up and said they're not available.

I ended up booking a scooter by myself from 2 mins away from the hotel and they had plenty of scooters.

For the rooms, they are mediocre, I booked a pool view however my balcony is facing the restaurant on the first floor which is not what I expected.

I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're expecting a 5 start hotel. This is more a 3 star. I've stayed in hostels with better service from staff.

It was ok, staff need to do better at covid protocol though. The room was still quite dirty when we checked in, we had to have the floor sweeped again and the pillow cases changed. Everything smelled mouldy or had stains on it, including the bedding and dressing gowns. The reason I say it was ok is because it had a nice location by the beach and overall the rooms were nicely designed. We stayed in the suite. They just need to provide a better service and better maintainence. I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel, maybe 4 at the very most.

Hotel yang telah bersertifikat HSCE jadi aman untuk stay. Garden yg asri dengan pelayanan ramah. Pintu masuk serta parkir khusus kursi roda tersedia disini. Harga promo akhir tahun dari harga 500 ribuan. Toilet bersih. Lobi lega banget tanpa AC pun sudah sejuk.

Hotel yang indah dan nyaman untuk bersantai dan liburan dengan back ground pantai Nusa dua. Di sepanjang pantai ini anda dapat menikmati joging di waktu pagi atau sore.
Jadi ajaklah keluarga untuk datang dan Liburan di sini.

Old and dated hotel. Aside of the beach, nothing is great from this hotel. Disappointed. Very disappointed. Never come back, most definitely.

Not to bad.a little pricey for average style food. The wedding organisers needed a little more attention to detail but at the end of the day everything worked out ok.

Top Hotel mit privatem Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Spa und Gym. Essen fällt leider im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Restaurants etwas ab.

A beach front resort with an all inclusive package for people having fun on a budget.perfect if you are looking for a contained eco-system for kids, not good if you really want to step out and explore Bali.

Not clean and there is a sewer smell inside the room.ants and spiders roaming the floor.room service didn't replace an empty tissue box for two days in a row.
Nobody picked the food tray from the door for more than 24 hours.
In total very disappointing experience.
