We stayed here for 2 nights in a pool access room. The room itself was beautiful. Comfortable and quiet.
However we ate in Cucina restaurant on our first night and I experienced diarrhea for 3 days. (Still going). I ate the Frito misto. Which is crumbed seafood and a pasta with seafood. The second night we ate at Kwee Zeen and tried the smorgasboard. It was average at best. On our second night we received a phone call from reception at 8: 45pm to ask if we needed anything (strange time to call) to which I replied some ginger tea to help with the stomach bug that had been caused by food in their restaurant. When the tea turned up I was charged $15 for it. Overall the hotel is beautiful with lovely pools and great service on a whole, however do not eat here. Overpriced and not the best quality from what you would expect from a 5 star resort. We had spent 5 days in Legian and eaten at many different places and did not get sick, yet both of us have become ill from eating at the Sofitel.very very disappointing.

Hotel yg bagus, bersih nyaman, serta view yg indah, kamar jg bersih terutama kamar mandi ya.top deh dan tak lupa jg dg pelayanan yg ramah, utk menu sarapan dan mkn malam jg oke mnrt saya, buat kalian yg bawa rombongan kelg atau tmn cocok bngt ya, Krn area luas dan nyaman, pokonya gak nyesel deh stay di hotel ini, Sofitel Bali Nusa dua bandung.

Personally, like to be out of Nusa Dua into towns. Excellent for destination if you are not going to venture out. Resort has most things one expects.

Top shelf! We had a great time with our family and the location, resort and food are amazing especially the breakfast!

Beautiful and relaxing with 5 star service. Breakfast is nice, pool is clean and well designed and beach is lovely. We were staying and Milesim club room and it was an absolutely nice stay.

Everything here is magical. A beautiful resort of great architecture, landscape and pool design, with excellent and friendly staff service available at your every beck and call. The sense of arrival provided by the architecture alone is becoming of the experience that lies ahead. With the surrounding majesty of the cascading waterfall as you drive up, and the triple height spiraling lobby area that welcomes you, you’ll be forgiven for thinking that John Hammond and Dr Alan Grant will be soon joining you, for there is no expense spared, and in the spirit of Dr Malcolm, even the most skeptical of visitors with preconceptions of what a ‘tourists’ resort would be, Sofitel life will find a way to dazzle and amaze you here. With a radial matrix of sublime wood columns, beams and arches welcoming you, the magnificent entry space provides a social lung that breathes in the warm humid and comforting ocean air as you explore the reception, take in the ocean and garden views from the lobby, and spiral your way down towards the aromas of fresh coffee and culinary delights of the main restaurant and juice bar area below.
The pool side bar, just one of the many in the hotel, serves a crescendo of cocktails and the crisp local Bintang beer. Drink seated at the wet bar, sip at your sun bed or swim the pool and surrounding lagoons with your beverage of choice - the experience never gets old. A cascade of wading pools, pools for swimming and some for simply marveling at, draw the visitor out towards the beaches edge, away from the main complex and via an array of massage pergolas, yoga plinths, a secluded child safe specific play area with splash pools and eventually a choice of waterfront restaurant and club bars for those wanting to lounge in the day and party through the night. The beach and the expansive views that accompany it, (. An early morning wander to catch the sunrise is a must!) offer sunbeds, private pergolas and waterside loungers, with of course, further food and bar service available.
The rooms are wonderful, and equipped with everything you need.although some no charge bottled water would be welcomed. Private or lagoon access plunge pools right from your room are an excellent touch, while rain showers and generous stand alone bath tubs exude luxury. (Just be cautious of the slippery floor tiles when wet!)
Activities and a well equipped gym provide for very life style. With group gym classes available at a cost, free archery and badminton and very affordable bike rentals for exploring the surroundings of Nusa Dua, the local shopping mall and the waterfront are convenient and welcome amenities.
The food is incredible. The guide books say to avoid western dishes in Bali.that doesn’t apply here. The La Cucina restaurant is excellent, with authentic Italian and Mediterranean stone baked pizzas and delicious pasta dishes. More authentic local fare can be enjoyed beach side at the Toya bar and grill, with delicious banana leaf wrapped rice and noodle dishes. The gem in the crown however is the main Kwee-Zeen buffet restaurant. Don’t let the name buffet deter you.this is no ordinary buffet (. If Carlsberg made buffets). With exquisite surroundings, each corner of the worlds cuisine is represented, from delightful French pastries, cured meats and cheeses to authentic Japanese noodles, freshly crushed and blended tropical fruit smoothies of every Colour and of particular note, the pan Asian extravaganza of curries. With flavors, textures and aromas that entice all of ones senses, the $50CAD / R499K price tag for the dinner is worth every penny.it’s like a complimentary massage for the taste buds. Don’t forget the breakfast buffet of pastries, cereals, eggs one thousand ways, sausage, bacon, and even good old BAKED BEANS is included!

Some might feel detached from an authentic Bali experience in this bubble world of Nusa Dua, but if one seeks pure relaxation, beauty, pampering and wonderment. Sofitel Nusa Dua is the place to be. We eagerly await our return.

Absolutely stunning, fantastic family getaway. The plunge pool rooms was a fantastic choice when traveling with a little one.

Sofitel holds a special place in our hearts since me and my husband spent our first night at Sofitel Mumbai and honeymoon at Sofitel Nusa Dua. Being Accor Hotel members, the staff has gone out of the way to make both the occasions extra special for us. The property is undoubtedly one of the best in Bali. The staff is very welcoming and the service is class apart. We stayed in a room which had pool access and it’s the best way to enjoy the 3 different varieties of swimming pool this place has to offer. It is a one of kind experience. The Manarai beach club is the perfect place to grab a drink and shake a leg in the evening. Also, make sure to have a drink at the lobby bar to marvel at this brilliantly designed and built property.

This hotel has all the relaxation needs you definitely looking for, starting from the huge prestigious hotel entrance, which is generally knowing for palaces entrance and there are 2 security checkpoints before entering this magnificent facility, you are safe as a VIP.
Check-in experience was amazing and the check-in lounge was relaxing, you can ask for coffee or chilling tea if you want it’s all complementary.
The hotel is huge so don’t get tried walking to your own room, because the far your room is from the lobby the closer you are to the beach, pool, and many other hotel attractions. And a little peace of a advise, email your ticket and expected time of arrival to the front desk so you will get the fastest check in experience ever.
Breakfast was delicious and amazing, the main Resturant KweeZeen is basically Asian restaurant so don’t expect round-world-food, they served continental breakfast though besides the Asian food, there is no orange juice but there is huge variety of fresh juices there. I also find it quite hard to communicate with most of the hotel staff as they have poor English, but the front desk and room services are very professional.
In-room dining was magnificent, try all kind of pasta, burgers, soups, and salads it’s all on point.
The pool and lagoon was amazing, and the pool bar experience was unforgettable, you can have cocktails and then order some finger food or entire lunch course, they are quick and clean also delicious (try the tuna pizza! You will fall in love).
They left some tea making tools, and relaxing tea in the room, take a hot bath on your room and enjoy cup of Balinese tea.
The spa experience is unforgettable, the spa hall is huge and designed in such relaxing concept, even the couples massage room was huge and relaxing, they attached home music system where you can play your favorite playlist during your massage session, love it!
Basically, neat, quite, chilling, friendly environment and great value for money, location is safe and fancy. Stayed at Room 6127 3rd - 9th Aug.

Awareness of employees and security passing through here turned out to be very poor concern with the messy parking conditions like this. This Good Hotel is a 5 star but the appeals of neat parking are not posted here. Hopefully hotel management more often checks around the hotel to know what conditions on the field.thanks.

My third visit here. Such a wonderful place to be in. The moment you enter the premises you're greeted by hotel ambassadors. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

Literally the nicest hotel I ever stayed at. The rooms were awesome! The bathroom was amazing and the huge balcony was a pleasant surprise. I ordered spaghetti bolognaise from room service and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. The staff were great and the facilities were spectacular.

Has gone downhill since it opened, food was just ok but everyone got sick, even the really careful ones! Had a private pool but it was always in the shade and freezing. Cheaper and better hotels are elsewhere.

The upside - Very nice property to stay in, the pools are great and the new Beach Club is also very pleasant. Very kind and pleasant staff. Food quality is good.
The downside - The rooms are starting to look tired, the cleanliness standard should improve, room service needs to improve quality, food and drink services are too slow. Beach club is more like a kids club.
Overall a good stay but not on par with the other Sofitel hotels.

Hotel yang didesain dengan baik, pengerjaan juga bagus. Sayang seperti kurang terawat.liat ini foto telpon penuh debu dan tidak dibersihkan juga pada hari kedua saya menginap.sehingga perasaan jadi was-was apakah semua dibersihkan dengan baik, ranjang, kursi sofa, handuk, gelas dll.
Sarapan pagi cukup baik, untuk hotel sekelas ini dengan pilihan yang cukup beragam.
