Excellent service. I booked for 2 people return tickets from sanur to nusa penida. Then the government announced a lockdown and then I could change the date of the tickets to after the lockdown. This was arranged within only 15 minutes. Unfortunately the governmet extended the lockdown and i received a full refund. I will definitaly book again with Skypenida once it possible to go to Nusa Penida again!

If you are thinking to book fast boat to Nusa Penida Or Nusa Lembongan then this is the best site. I actually researched a lot from many sites online before booking from here.
The reason being saying best because of its price and reliability. It's pretty easy to book online and safe to pay via PayPal.
And the time I am posting this review, I am in Sanur Harbour. And I could see that many people who booked prior from other sites ended up paying almost double than me.

A truly awesome company. Booked online, paid via PayPal and was confirmed within minutes with QR code. The trip went without any issues, showed the QR code to the boat company and no questions asked. We wanted to make a change to our return trip so I WhatsApp messaged Skypenida to see if they could make the change for me. The original company I had booked with didn’t have a boat going at my desired time but SkyPenida worked to get us on a boat with another company and issued me new QR codes free of charge. Awesome customer service! Highly recommended.

Excellent service.
Via WhatsApp they answered directly, even during the evening. I booked at 9pm for the next day at 8 am.
Putu adviced me for the taxi in sanur to ubud.
I was very pleased by his service and flexibility.
I made a mistake in my booking and he helped me change it, even tough it was restraining for him.

I would highly recommend this website and their service. Cheaper ferry costs and prompt replies to messages (through whatsap) even in the middle of the night. The skypenida team addressed our request (change of schedule due to delayed flight) even with a short notice. My sincerest gratitude to Yanna and Putu for their extra mile service. Indeed, skypenida exceeded all our expectations.

I highly recommend Sky Penida to anyone looking to travel to and from Nusa Penida. I was able to easily and affordably book my ticket on their website. Afterwards I realized I had booked my ticket at the wrong port in Nusa and they responded immediately via their WhatsApp number that they would send me a new one from the correct port at no extra charge.
