Everytime I come here I always get a good experience and good treatment.but this time it was disappointing. I got hair spa treatment with Ani, she was unfriendly staff ever and not so good at doing her job.

They were so kind and professional! They were able to fit me in last minute. I’d highly recommend all of their services:)

Nice place, they aren’t as proficient at threading as I would assume. I had to ask for 3 different corrections. Sweet place though and they were happy to fix and readjust.

Lovely to give custom to local business and experience something more down to earth and focused on beauty services rather than aesthetics and frills. They are established having been in business for at least a decade I’m guessing. They have 3 branches around Bali. One in canguu and two in ubud (smaller Goutama branch dont have facilites to offer hair treatments FYI)

Got a great hair mask treatment, anti ox facial (you can def tell the difference straight after and actually I was amazed with no high tech equipment involved a 60mins facial could give me that clear skin glow) and body massage. Good value package at 550k.

But just be prepared, not blasted with AC so can be a bit hot, local traditional decor that’s not spanking new and a few mozzies inside. But it’s great value, super effective and all the products are completely natural.

Had a much more expensive facial somewhere fancy a week later and it was nowhere near as good even through they had high tech equipment, Dermalogica products and a super beautiful interiors etc

Def recommend getting a package here or just the anti oxidant facial. Just don’t have bougie expectations when you go!

I recommend! Finally in Bali I was able to have hair removal with a wax without strip for the bikini line. I went to other institutes that gave me a hard time. I was very happy with the welcome and the kindness of the staff. My beautician was great and was very professional, unfortunately I no longer remember her first name, sorry.

I did an organic facial. The lady working with me really knew what she was doing and the whole treatment was very enjoyable. However, the lack of modern technologies (no microdermabrasion etc…) led to my skin decently breaking out after the treatment. I recommend it though to persons with normal and unproblemetic skin, but not to people like me with acne and very sensitive skin.

I took part in bikini waxing. It was fine, the lady worked well and thoroughly. Only 4 stars because the staff could have been friendlier.

It's not the first time I've had waxing. I've been to different masters. Very satisfied.:)

Terrible massage, i did a Balinese massage and stopped in the middle, then foot massage. She had no idea of what she was doing

I would give 4.5 stars for the cleanliness and overall spa feel of the place. The music is relaxing and the ambience is very calming.

The service overall is about 3.5 stars. The manicure and pedicure were good but the facial and skin therapy message very average. The person doing it just couldn't be bothered and kept taking breaks, couldn't get a single smile out of her for some reason and this was over two separate visits. The mani padi ladies were quite pleasant in comparison. The place is generally empty but they still want you to make an appointment for later which was interesting as you walk in to an empty spa with no other customers and seemingly a lot of free staff but they still don't accept walk in customers. Feels almost like they couldn't be bothered with customers, not a great business strategy I would say. The prices are comparable to other not so luxurious spas in the areas.

Went there for a Brazilian. They use sugar paste which I really like and the staff was very friendly and they work fast. It's super easy to book an appointment over WhatsApp. The only things that could be improved are pressing on the skin directly after removing hair to minimize pain and also to stretch the skin before applying the sugar paste and during removing. I offered her to stretch but she declined and it did hurt more than usual since she didn't stretch that much. But overall I had a good experience and they do thread afterwards to make sure that they remove as much as possible.

So happy to find this place. It’s the first time I’ve experienced Painless threading. We’ll be returning for sure,

Amazing, lovely, and caring ladies.
Had a full body wax. It's near impossible to get every hair off of a body in a single go, but that did not deter the ladies, or stopped them from trying. Took care of me and my bf, wax, mani and padi. Totally would recommend. (note picture before the pedicure)

I’ve been going here for 4 years now. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Lovely atmosphere and the cinnamon tea is a perfect treat. I love to enjoy a day with girlfriends here.

Friendly staff which were thorough and took their time waxing. Bit of a run down place but service was good and friendly prices.

Best prices we found for Western standard hygiene and organic products. Service varies by therapist but ranges from pretty good to absolutely fantastic.

I went for a second time to this place for a Brazilian. I was not happy with how it was done. It was super painful and the results not thorough. The lady was applying super hot wax in a large area, then stripping and she was doing it as if she is in a rush or something. I don't think I will go back there. The first time I went there about two years ago, the experience was so different.

Had an amazing full pedicure today with anika. She was very detailed in taking care of my feet. The massage was so relaxing and just the right amount of pressure. Thank you Anika for making my feet look presentable again your amazing.very happy
