Shiro Sushi/Sake Bar

I experienced an allergy to either the unagi or the salmon sashimi. Shortly after eating them the back of my to tongue felt like it was being pierced by sharp painful pins and needles. This is surprising because I have never had an allergy to either.

The staff was prompt in assisting me - they were prompt with the bill so that I could seek medical attention (the unagi and salmon were removed from the billing). They helped me get a scooter- taxi and explained the situation to the driver - who took me to a doctor and then home and barely charged me anything.

It speaks well for a restaurant to be gracious in both the good situations and the bad.

The taste is very delicious. I've been here twice.
The first time was very crowded, with a 1-hour waiting list, but the second time had no waiting list.

However, the place is quite crowded. It would be great if the place were larger. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Food was sensational! Really 1st class. Shasimi and sushi. Quite atmosphere, but food made up for it!

Very bad. Like many point out - the food takes forever. Also, once you finally get it, it’s not worth waiting for, supermarket quality. People are polite as you’d expect and the place looks like a good sushi restaurant, but if you go here for food (which I suppose you are) - it’s a really bad choice

My wife has morning sickness and has a bad appetite, so she can't eat pork ribs, tomahawk, nasi goreng, or anything else, but now that she's here, she's eating well.

If you tell us you are pregnant, they recommend menus suitable for pregnant women and the staff are very friendly.

The price is quite affordable for an omakase, so I think it would be nice to eat without hesitation.

850,000 rupiah is the most expensive set, but I said everything! I highly recommend it!

Best Japanese food in Bali by a mile! The best service by Mimi and the best food by chef kadek and queen chef. I cannot wait to come back here already. Anyone who walks Shiro past in Seminak, MUST GO TRY!

I’ve been waiting for 1,2hrs gosh, is it that hard to make cali and Philly rolls. Ordered Edamame, brought me after I ate all sushi lol Thanks. Fish itself is good, but the service is trash. Too long, for that money

I had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant tonight and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The sushi was absolutely terrible, the fish was stale and the rolls were terribly made. The service was also unbelievably slow. It took ages for our food to arrive, and when it did, I was incredibly disappointed. The waitstaff was also incredibly unhelpful and didn't seem to care about our experience. I would absolutely never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Before going to La Favela, I went to eat and go in. In conclusion, never go there. There were no customers and I was afraid to come back, but it was past 9 o'clock, so I ordered a sashimi set (12 pieces = 12 pieces of sashimi) and a California roll. At 38,000 won for 12 pieces of sashimi here, it is quite expensive, but it is not at all a level that can be said to be of adequate quality for reasonable payment. The roll wasn't made very well, so when you pick it up with chopsticks, half of it falls off. I got about 70,000 won for beer and coke, but now that I think about it, I feel a sense of shame that I ate it all because I was hungry and it was a waste of money.
