I've been to this place a few times and loved it every single time but this time i went it was with the new staff and I dont want to come back there anymore. I got a pedicure and she was super rough with her tools and didn't soak the feet first so it's easier. At the end she gave me a very dry and rough massage on my legs and after she washed my feet?
She also used the same tools she used before on me on the next client without cleaning them first.

I've tried taking the Balinese massage.the prices are affordable and the massage techniques are delicious, highly recommended

Pathetic experience.

Went for a spa with my wife. The masseuse were giggling and talking throughout the spa. Left midway absolutely disgruntled.

No prefessionalism shown.
Very noisy with all the noise from the road.

My husband and i went for aromatherapy 90 min session together

Within 30 min of therapy the two technicians first started whispering to each other. I excused this thinking they might be arranging some oil or something.
Then again more whispers and then i heard some giggles
I lifted my head up and towards the other technician and she was clearly laughing

I asked my husband to check just in case i was hearing it all wrong.just giving the two girls some benefit of doubt.but alas. It wasn't so

I asked them to stop the therapy mid way and we both exited.

My worst experience. Lying down in the a vulnerable state to relax and wind down the stress. But this place gave me more stress!

They lack professionalism.

Coming to the first 30min or so experiance i had out of the 90min.i would say it wasn't nice either.
There is lot of noise of traffic, plus i wasn't provided a sarong/cover up either.the technique was not either pleasing on the body.it was very hard, random and un synchronised.but we still let go these giving them some benefit of doubt again.but at this price point they need to go through some training on both how to give a massage and stay calm and less talkative for just 90 min at least

The only good thing was booking process over WhatsApp was easy.

I didn’t like the pedicure, I don’t know how to do it qualitatively, I don’t recommend the salon

Pelayanannya sangat ramah, tempatnya nyaman dan sangat strategis jadi gak bakalan nyasar kalau mau kesini.

I got my mani pedi (gel) done. The girls were friendly and really nice. They did a great job at gel nail, however. The girl who did my manicure shaved down my nail paper thin They are so thing
they won’t grow and they keep bending and chipping now. I think maybe next time she shouldn’t shave the entire gel/nail beds.

Amazing experience here! Would highly recommend? Their staff are very nice & friendly. I did my first IPL here & got best treatment with affordable price.

Very experienced staff, very friendly, great services and lovely place to get it done.

I’ve already rebooked and the nails lasted well.

My husband came and he got a pedicure and facial and he was very happy too.

Highly recommend for guys and girls. So relaxing.
