Our stay at SereS Springs Resort & Spa was absolutely delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This modern and beautifully designed hotel is tucked away in a serene location just outside Ubud. They even provide a convenient shuttle service to the heart of Ubud.

The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. The in-room amenities, including the spacious walk-in shower and the noiseless air conditioning, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The restaurant boasts an extensive menu that caters to a variety of tastes, and the culinary experience was exceptional.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its warm and welcoming staff. A special shoutout to F&B Attendant Eri, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their hospitality was outstanding.

One of the highlights of the resort is its peaceful location outside of Ubud, which offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, the hotel's spa comes with a breathtaking view, making it an ideal place for relaxation.

SereS Springs Resort & Spa comes highly recommended, and we can't wait to return. It's the perfect destination for those seeking both luxury and tranquility.

The location was far from the city, but it was okay to call Grab / The facilities were clean, the staff were very friendly, the food was good, including room service, and it was more enjoyable because it was in front of the pool.

This stunning hotel is unexpected. As you drive up the long, enclosed and unassuming driveway you are completely blown away by a magnificent entrance and welcome energy.

This opens up into a gorgeous and tranquil building set up against a stunning rice field view. The hotel overlooks incredible fields and a flowing river. Setting the scene of tranquillity, peace and relaxation (even when the hotel is full, its vibe is completely chilled).

This hotel is an absolute delight to stay in. It was 10 out of 10 in every aspect. Very clean, staff are amazing and the ambience is just unbelievable. The room service is very quick and staff make you feel extremely comfortable. Especially one person (Widyasa) who treated us so well. If I come back to Ubud (which I will) I will 100% stay at Seres.

I can't rate highly enough. Everything about this resort is 5 star, the amazing people can't do enough for you in all areas.

Firstly, the grounds are absolutely stunning! The walk down to the bottom of the resort to the river and the spa was just stunning. There is a yoga pavilion near the river and spring but we didn't end up using it because the yoga classes were later in the day when we were usually out.

To summarise rooms: quiet (double-glazed windows/doors), clean (no insects), comfortable beds, good size rooms and bathroom with good size TV. The balcony had a couch, 2 chairs and table. They have interconnecting, we just had a twin room with a pool view.

The spa is beautiful, quiet, air conditioned and so tranquil and serene with the sounds of water and light music. It's does cost more than some spas in Ubud but for me the overall experience was so much better and more relaxing, especially after a few bad massages in hot, noisy, cheaper spas.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! They make you any type of eggs cooked fresh, as well as fresh juice all included. They cater to all nationalities with the breakfast buffet, cereal, bakery, pastries, muffins, fruit, cooked bacon, sausages, potatos, pancakes, waffles, pizza, French toast as well as noodles and Asian meals. The cocktails and meals are reasonable prices for a hotel and, just like any hotel, you can get cheaper outside the resort but it's so convenient with good variety.

We had a maintenance issue with a light and they were straight to our room and had it fixed as quickly as possible.

We had a driver Dewa who was so helpful in giving us tips and taking us to good places, he is also 5 star! Nothing is any trouble for him.

I came with a friend but will definitely come back next year with my husband and children.

A great modern resort!
We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and overall it was a really great hotel! The rooms were super clean and everything was fairly new. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the air conditioning was working great, there was a good gym, a towel service, nice sunbeds and all in all we had a great experience. We even went to the spa and that too was an amazing relaxing experience. Some things to notice though, is that the pool is on the east side of the hotel, so after 13: 30, you do not have any sun, since the sun is behind the hotel, so there is only shadow and no other place in the hotel to enjoy the sun. Furthermore it is quite far from the city centre of Ubud and you are therefore forced to take a taxi everytime you want to go to a restaurant or shop. They have a deal with a local taxi company which takes you to the city centre for 80.000 Rupiah, it is not a lot, but it is significantly more than the apps charge. The last thing is that besides the egg station, there is no live cooking, which often means that the food is cold (for example the pancakes, waffles, etc.). The food in itself was great, but everything was lukewarm at best. Since we were just staying here for 10 days, we did not mind and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a wonderful view. The rooms are a bit damp though. Breakfast was quite mediocre and could easily be improved. The gym is quite basic but definitely needs air circulation.

Many of the employees were devoted to serving the hotel guests. The hotel dinner was excellent at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was also impeccable. It was a fantastic atmosphere where guests from all over the world enjoyed together because two musicians played old pop music in the evening were making the atmosphere fun. If there is an opportunity, not only would I want to go back to this hotel, but it was a hotel that made me want to actively recommend it to many people.

Amazing experience! Stayed here 7 nights for my boyfriends birthday trip and it exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond and were super friendly and welcoming. The security, receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping, ladies in the spa, and grounds keepers were all amazing. Our room was very clean along with the rest of the resort. Had an amazing experience visiting the resort. Met the general manager, he is really a kind and wonderful person. Not forgetting, the whole staff was very helpful as well. Food is very good and fresh. Guests facilities are also well maintained.

My husband and I went to Seres Spring hotel about a week ago in occasion of our honeymoon.
The choice has been perfect!
The hotel was wonderful, the room was clean and spatious.
Breakfast was one of the most various we ever found in a hotel.
And above all the staff was exceptional with us, they even prepare a small cake for our honeymoon.
A special thank goes to OKTA, a very gentle waitress always kind and smiling with us.
She preparared 2 "caffelatte" that were better than ours in Italy!
We hope to return to this hotel!

Good: pool with great view
Soso: room is not clean enough and water in shower room is blocked. Breakfast is not that good.

Esperienza bellissima in un resort non di recente costruzione ma completo di ogni comfort. Splendide camere, anche con piscina privata. Ottimo servizio spa. Gentilezza e cortesia. Attenzione al dettaglio

Lovely resort, a little out of ubud but the hotel shuttle avoids that being an issue, fabulous food, best pizza I’ve had in a long time & good tasty Indonesian offerings. Only problem was we couldn’t stay longer

It was a terrible experience. The housekeeping is a mess. Many stains were on a bed cover. The staffs treated us as "hanger" thieves, wasting 1 hour of our last day in Bali for nothing. (Even we missed prepaid guided tour.)
청소 제대로 안해서 보라색과 누런 얼룩있는 이불 주고 (빨았는데도 남은 얼룩이 아니라 아예 시트를 갈지 않은 거였음. 얼룩이 금방 생긴 느낌) 옷걸이 원래 적게 있었는데 훔쳐갔다고 1시간 붙잡다 짐 다 풀어보고 나서야 보내주고는 사과 한 마디 없음. 이 호텔 식당이랑 바에서 쓴 돈이 얼만데 도둑 취급인지.
At the 1st night, we found countless stains on the bed cover. Most are purple and some are large yellow circles, really disgusting. We called a staff to check and it was changed.
BTW it was weird that only 2 bathrobe hangers were in the bathroom, nothing in a closet. We just ignored it since we thought it's not a big deal. But when checking out, the staffs insisted we're thieves for hangers! What really upset me was their attitude. For the first 20 minutes, they just hold us without any notice. They kept us waiting for another 40 min ignoring us, although we explained there were originally two and allowed them to check our luggage if they wanted. They didn't take actions until we strongly complained and requested how to compensate our time if it turned out we're not thieves. The only action they've taken is to call a restaurant chef who is not in charge of housekeeping. The chef let us open our luggage and go. In all this and until now (it happened a week ago), they did not apologize at all.
(FYI, We have lots of hangers at home and I don't even remember how their hangers look like! We spent not a little money on this hotel having two dinners at hotel's restaurant.)

One of the best resort in Ubud, grt room, service, brkfast, worth staying there.
The view is just awesome, spring pool as well, it's located just above the river, it's like living in beauty of nature.
