Seminyak Square Hotel

Based on my experience, I would typically rate this hotel 4 stars. However, I must lower my rating due to the unresolved issue with the toilet in my room (210). Despite bringing it to the attention of staff twice, the problem was not adequately addressed during my stay.
Additionally, the internet connection was quite unstable, which was a disappointment.
On a positive note, the hotel's location in the heart of Seminyak's tourist center is excellent. Many restaurants and beach bars are within walking distance, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.
The staff members were friendly and accommodating, and I would recommend booking a room with breakfast included for added convenience.

Perfect location. Right in the heart of Seminyak with nearby restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff very accomodating. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location at an affordable price. Can be a bit tricky to find. Head for the North Lobby Stairs/Lift within the mall.

I stayed at the hotel because it is close to the airport, Arabic and halal restaurants are close to you, and there is a shopping mall next to you, air conditioning, and the best thing is everything is next to you.
But note that the air conditioning was weak and not cold. I wish it was colder than this. I stayed for two nights for 2 million, not including breakfast.

Lovely little square beautiful shops with excellent restaurants and bars. So lucky to see the local children from church sing Christmas songs

Nice hotel, many different establishments within walking distance. Shopping arcades with all sorts of little things are right next to the entrance. But there is one thing, don’t expect silence here: there are always a lot of people, cars, motorcycles.

Very pleasant swimming pool despite the view with the work opposite, very clean room, comfortable bed and very quiet! Rare to have such a quiet hotel

Great hotel for the budget conscious. Perfectly located. Room cleaning is very reliable. Easy back lift entrance too! Punches above its weight for a three star hotel. I’d rank it a four star hotel.

I’ve stayed several times. Rooms are exceptional. Plenty of power points, drawers, bag and desk space. Lighting and aircon are strong. Minibar is very cold. Rooms are quite large and most have large balconies with seats and a table. Linen is thick and the towels are fluffy.

I setup a laptop and accoutrements on the desk.

Absolutely no complaints.

As is standard in Bali, the mattress is hard.

Negatives are the strange room safes. You need a staff member to set it for you. It’s also unable to comfortably fit any laptop bigger than 13”.

Location is at the very heart of Seminyak.

A solid walk to the beach or Shi Shi nightclub. But a short walk to Red Champagne, La Favella and lots of bar/restaurants on Jl. Kubu Ayu.

Grab/GoCar can be tricky at times. Best to select “Seminyak Square” and pay attention to any circuitous routes.

Tip: during traffic jams, walk to the other end of Jl. Kubu Ayu to pickup your Grab/Go - you’ll outwalk the mess and save a ton of time and you’ll get quicker rides too!

They location beats everything! Lots cheap and delicious restaurants around. However, just the location, nothing else is beyond 3 stars, room not quite enough especially when it’s raining. Bathroom is old with a very old toilet. But the space of the room is really kinda huge, good for giant people!

The room are spacious and quiet. Great location, closed to the shopping mall (able to walk), souvenir shop, pub/bar.

Perfect location, excellent check in, amazing staff. Our villa turtle was the best. 2 huge bedrooms, outdoor living and big pool for our own private staycation. Will be booking here again soon.

Compared to the old one, it is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The location is good, but the water pressure is low and the water is salty. Be sure to brush your teeth with bottled water and take into account that the foam does not form well when shampooing. And the soundproofing was a bit poor ^^: ; There was a baby in the next room, and he woke up at night to the sound of fussing and running around.

The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel is quiet and safe, and its location is privileged in the middle of Seminyak, and the room overlooking the pool was beautiful. I had one problem, the hotel phone was not working properly, but the overall hotel is beautiful

Unfortunately, we lived in a room with air conditioning, from which water flows, so there was always a very large puddle on the floor. Mu was informed about the problem, and during the 8 days of our stay they came to us 4 times to fix it, but to no avail. No one offered to place us in another room.

The room is clean, but rather shabby. There are moth larvae in the bathroom (but they are everywhere in Bali, so we didn’t pay too much attention).

However, I would like to note that the staff is very friendly. I left the papers in the room, and they kept them, wrote to me by email asking if I needed these documents - for this I am very grateful.
