SemayaOne Fast Cruises - Nusa Penida

The boat arrived and left one hour later than announced. It did stops, which were not communicated, so instead of 2h 30min as said on the webpage it took us 4h from Gili T to Nusa Penida. The staff was really rude and said we should get off the boat if we are using more than one seat. And the seats are really really really tiny. No way to sit properly as a European.

Do not trust this boat service, we have paid 2.4million IDR (2pax) for return tickets from Padang bai to Gili t. People on the same boat only paid 1.1 million idr for return tickets (2pax). They say it's a speedboat but it's not it's slow, they promise 1h 30 min trip, it was a 4hour trip. They overload the boat, the seats are broken and no aircon. If you want to be disappointed book with them.

Preferably 0 stars! The arrival times don't match at the back or front. We wanted to go from Nuss Penida to Gili Air. We should have arrived an hour ago. We are currently still docked at Gili T…. This stop was not communicated at all. Also stuffy in the boat, completely overcrowded.take another provider. Absolute disaster.

The return from Nusa Penida to Sanur, they made us be there 1 hour before, and the boat arrived 1 hour later. That is, a 30-minute journey becomes 4 hours or more.

The boat was packed, they came from another island, and we couldn't fit. There were many people standing.

Of course, there were 7 men sitting there, and 5 girls. Please, the bathroom with a little soap, it could be at least decent for guests.

Jalan boatnya cukup cepet ya, trus juga bersih, ga terlalu bumpy. Trus yg paling aku suka harganya lebih murahhh dari boat yg lain

Dengan kecepatan yang cenderung cepat mencapai 24 Knot, biar melaju dengan mulus dan tidak terlalu berguncang sehingga meningkatkan kenyamanan customer
