100% would recommend, everything is amazing about this hotel. Comfiest bed in Bali, with amazing pillows.

We had a really good stay here. The room is spacious and there is a free large drinking water tank in the room - great idea! The pool is nice and the staff were helpful. Would recommend.

Everything was perfect, quick check-in, spotless room, comfortable bedding and refreshing pool.
This small hotel is perfectly located in Sanur, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
The quality to price ratio is excellent.
A special thank you to the staff who allowed us to recover a forgotten phone on site, very honest and very kind.

Average hotel. The rooms are pretty confortable but the staff very rude and the breakfast more like a snack.

We booked 3 nights in the Semarandana. Due on the rate and the hotel images, we did not expect too much - but based on the reviews we expected at least a small, nice and decent hotel off the main road in Sanur.

From the very beginning it was a completely disappointing experience. The receptionist requested a 3% extra charge for card payments. We refused to pay this as it is simply illegal in Indonesia to a surcharge for CC payments as well as not in accordance with OTA hotel owner agreements. This regulation was introduced by the Indonesian National Bank already many years ago, but unfortunately, a few store and hotel owners are still on the fraudulent side.

We ended up paying the surcharge as the hotel otherwise requested cash payment suggesting the next ATM. (it's not about the money - the 3% was a very small amount, but it's just against the law and not fair to legally operated businesses).

The room itself was superficially clean and the air conditioning worked - but that was the only positive. Everything else hasn´t seen any maintenance since years. The room size (deluxe room) is maybe 20 sqm and very small but in the listing the claim 32 sqm. The mattress was completely worn out and in desperate need of replacement. The wooden bed creaked with every movement. In the end, we both woke up with massive back pain after the first night.

The sofa in the room was in a similar condition - completely sagging. The bathroom facilities were very poor. There was only one medium sized towel per person and what was described as "toiletries" turned out to be a bar of soap.

Yes, there was a flat-screen TV, but it was the smallest size available. Conclusion: everything in the equipment list was available, but in each case in the minimal version and only recognizable with a lot of imagination.

Contrary to the pictures, the pool is super small and instead of the staff clearing it of leaves, they hang around looking at their smartphones.

We decided to leave this awful place early morning and finally had 2 more wonderful days in another hotel in Sanur.

Inexpensive guest house within walking distance from the beach. We booked a couple of nights with the goal of going to Nusa Penida (the port is 10 minutes away).
The rooms are very tired, mold and dirt everywhere, including a mirror in the bathroom.spoiled due to humidity. The sockets by the bed were covered by the nightstands, making it impossible to use them. There are problems with hearing in the rooms.
In general, as an option, staying for a couple of nights for further travel around the islands will do. I don't recommend living long term.
The staff is friendly and ready to help with anything. We were allowed to leave our suitcases for a fee while we were in Naru-Penida.

Booking dadakan lewat agoda dapet harga 350rb an. Kamar studio. Tempatnya okelah, gak berisik. Ada dapurnya. Dan ada cooker hood nya. Mulai memasak lah kita masak daging. Ternyatabhoodnya gak berfungsi, pas noleh belakang, asap kamarnya. Hahaha buka jendela dan pintu akhirnya. Karyawan dan ownernya ramah. Akhirnya kita keluar nyari angin malam dan makan malam trus balik lagi asap udah ilang, boboklah kita. Air hangat di shower dan wastafel dapur berfungsi. Ac gak berisik, ada kipas angin jg. Bagus. Nanti kita mampir lagi ya.

Staff and because of covid, the price. The guys playing cards outside get a bit loud but they're bored.

Fabulous small hotel, rooms are quite spacious, bed is extremely comfortable, and very friendly staff.

The studio room is the perfect room for families. We have a 2 and 4 year old and it is perfect. Facilities are beautiful and very calm.
