The room is big, nice and comfortable. The ac is good. But the room needs to be cleaned regularly. Also you can rent a motorbike here, at an affordable price.

It's near Kuta Beach, you can go there every morning & evening on foot.
Plus, there is a cute little puppy looking for food every afternoon.

Untuk kamar mandi hanya disediakan handuk saja, jadi bawa handuk sendiri dari luar

Penginapan nga kotor sekali, kamar mandi nya kuning2 tidak pernah di bersihkan, sabun tidak ada, banyak sarang laba2 di langit2nya. Kamar nya juga kotor sekali, di sela2 nya jorok sekali hitam2 dan seprei nya kotor seklai. Kipas angin nya hampjr copot, tv tabung nya tidak bisa menyala, lebih bagus jangan di sertakan di aplikasi. Saya pesan di aplikasi 240 rb untuk 2 malam dan di buat ber AC ternyata hanya kipas dan saat di tanya ke petugas nya salah setting, harusnya tidak boleh seperti itu. Walaupun sangat dekta dengan kuta, tapj untuk kualitas yang sangat kotor seperti tidak pernah di bersihkan.

Minus nya agak sebel pas sampai di kamar gk terlalu bersih, terus gak dapat handuk alasannya masih di laundry habis stok. Astaga

We fully enjoyed the stay there. Our room was just great, huge, big and well prepared. The accomodations in the hotel are very classy. We feel the old England style in the walls. The staff is very professional. Prices are quite expensive, we only wanted to take a broth at the end of the day. Kind reminder: everything is spicy in Sri Lanka, even the broth) breakfast is good, the best croissant I had in this country, and this is a French men who said that. Fully recommend!

Tapi utk fasilitas sgt mengecewakan. Kamar kotor kurang terawat.

What is the good point from this hotel just close to the beach but the rest nothing comfortable actually and old and dusty room.better for transit only not long stay

Administrator doesn't speak English at all. He even can't learn words for everyday use. How much. Air conditioner. Price. Looking at you and keeping silence. Even doesn't try to understand.

During night there's nobody at administration room. You can even ask somebody if you need something.

At night 10 metres close to the hotel was playing live music from some Indians with microfones. Nobody even came from the hotel to tell, that people are sleeping here.

The room smells like a toilet.

The only good thing is the location. Close to the beach, center of Kuta.
