SeaGods Wetsuit

Mohon info. Saya memiliki wetsuit yg sudah tidak muat. Apakah di SeaGods bisa memperbesar ukuran wetsuit dari L ke XL?

I had online order number Order #24322, order confirmed then payment also confirmed. But no delivery has been made. Asking about the delivery status by email also got no response, been 3 days asking and been a month from payment confirmed.

By far the best wetsuit repairer in Bali.
I don't dive but they certainly know a lot about it.
The custom wetsuits are one of their best service's.
My young 3 yo now has properly fitting sun protection.

Total waste of time and money.
I would rate it 0, but there is no such option.
Asked them to copy a 5 mm vest with the hood they made for me 5 years ago. Asked to make it 10 cm longer and left an old vest with the hood to be used as a sample. Paid it full upfront. Was promised that will be done in no more than 7 days.
Dared to contact them 12 days later to ask if I can collect the item. It appeared that I could. No one cared to contact me about that, though that's what I was promised. What I collected was 10 cm longer and wider - waist, chest, neck and hood - can basically fit 1,5 of me inside that thing. The hood was not finished according to my request as well.
Asked to fix it according to my requirements. Received apologies and a promise that everything will be fixed and that's a misunderstanding.
Went through things that needed to be fixed item by item with the manager.
Came to collect it - everything was done except my initial request - a new one needs to be 10 cm LONGER.
I'm not mentioning a mess with the material I've chosen or the general level of customer service - when the guy who you explained exactly what needs to be fixed in writing - smirks in your face after 3,5 weeks and tells you to be patient.
Absolute waste of time and money, horrible customer service, total lack of professionalism.

I ordered last year a 6.5mm custom wetsuit. The delivery was a month late. In the beginning, I was happy with the work, the size was perfectly respected.

Unfortunately for a 550$ wetsuit, the quality of the neoprene is really really low. They must use a low quality/cheap material and try to make money with « custom tailor ».

A 200$ Beuchat is way better in terms of neoprene quality.

I would not recommend it

I had a taylor made wetsuit made by SeaGods. Good quality, friendly service with a wide range of "goodies" on offer. I collected the wetsuit about a week later and I'm very happy with it. I will be back and will most certainly recommend SeaGods

Saya perbaiki wetsuit yg hampir bolong.tapi setelah di tambal hasilnya kurang baik karena masih ada lagi yang tidak dijahit bolongnya.

Good quality custom wetsuit tailor. Qualified staff in the front office, friendly and helpful. Got my second custom jacket discounted as the first one had material problems. Sent loads of friends there and they are all happy. Good place to shop.

Overpriced, quality not good enough. I bought a wetsuit and after 12 dives it was broken under the armpit, they fixed it but broken again and again. This start to happen from the very beginning. I use the wetsuit only for 40 dives and it is complety broken under the armpit. They don't want to fixed it anymore o replace it because it is not under the year warranty. One month ago the fixed one of the armpit replacing the material and it didn't last one dive. So it is not about old material aither. Of course the other armpit is broken now too, it is always the same, after use it you can see how the material star open from the glue area.

Saya pesan Sea God wetsuit di deep and extreme tgl 8 Maret 2018. Sampai saat ini sudah 2 bulan dan saya masih belum menerima barangnya yg dijanjikan dalam 2 minggu akan selesai. Saya tidak diinfo kapan dive suit akan selesai. Untuk komunikasi juga sulit (wa jarang sekali dijawab). Saya tidak diinformasikan apapun jika tidak ditanya. Akhirnya saya datang ke tokonya. Kualitas memang baik tp harus lebih komunikatif dan informasi waktu penyelesaian lebih tepat.

Came here to personally take my rashguard. Order it in deep extreme and they said its gonna be finished within 2weeks. In fact, it finished after 1 month. But for the quality, so far so good.

Just bought a rushguard at deep n extreme. Have a really good quality and offer a customize name. But i haven't receive the rushguard yet since i bought it at exhibition. Probably due to so many demands at the exhibition that customers prefer sent their order after the exhibition.
