Sea Side Cafe

Very expensive, plus 20% service fees.
Looks like they are giving commission to taxi drivers to bring the unsuspecting new arrival tourists here who do not know enough to question or compare with the other restaurant choices in the area. We got forced into eating here and are stuck with a 100+ dollar bill that we are regretting in addition to spoiled vacation thanks to the Bali belly that I got most likely from eating clams at this place. Not worth the price.

The ambience on the beach at sunset was fantastic.
The meal was satisfying. We had a menu with different dishes. They all had the same taste. The dishes were served at the same time and were only lukewarm. It would be better to serve the warm dishes one after the other. Lobster and shrimp were too soft for our taste and not entirely fresh. We expected more for the price.

Nothing beats the view for this restaurant and other restaurants along the beach I guess. But I think Sea side cafe is right in the centre.

Great service as we were placed on the first row but the sun was still shining bright. They helped us put up an umbrella for shade before sun started to set and remove the umbrella before it completely disappeared.

Food was ok. Squid and vegetables stands out the most. And it was reasonably priced.

Definitely will recommend this little spot.

Very nice fresh seafood from the grill! Love it. We come here every year at least once during our holiday.
Am not a fan of the band that plays at your table, but if you kindly tell them you're not interested, they will go and put a smile on somebody elses face.

The sea side cafe was the perfect spot to unwind. We enjoyed sipping on beer while watching the stunning sunset. However, we didn't stay for the seafood, so I can't comment on that aspect of the experience.

View tempat ini bagus pada umumnya resto resto di Jimbaran, makanan enak tapi seafoodnya kurang seger.

Don't waste your time! Very Very dirty and expensive terrible! It's not tasty! I give one star because I can't give less the fresh ones are diluted with water!

100AUD for badly cooked seafood, questionable prawns, the wierdest crab I have encountered, an off key Balinese mariachi band that serenades you without consent, and an obfuscated menu designed to trick you into spending more than you intended. Left before dessert, which was included. Never again.

Nothing special here. Food is ok but very expensive. Live band will give you performance but ask money for return. Parking was expensive also. If someone looking for seafood I would recommend other area.

This is a TOURIST TRAP set up, they are purely after your wallet, they charge EXORBITANT price like a 5 star hotel restaurant price, without the ambient of a 5 star hotel. They are just an ordinary restaurant with a plus gactor of being at the beach.

They are not honest in their dealings, at most seafood restaurants, when you choose your fish/squids/prawns/etc and get them weight, they will tell you the price for the food you choose. Then you know what you will be charged.

Now you will get a shocked when you want to settle your bill at the cashier. On top of that, there is a 21% tax.

We ordered our diner - 500g prawn, 600g squid, 1.1kg of oyster & 1 crab, 1 glass of lemon tea & 2 glasses of warm water - the total bill was Indonesian Rupiah 1.408 million, ie about USD55

The plus point, a good view of the sea, food are okay, though not the best, service are good.

There will NOT be a 2nd time for me here, NOR will I recommend to others. Unless of course you have lots of money to be thrown away

Poor place to visit. Don't listen to drivers. We paid 300aud and were disappointed. Fish was not fresh. Had to cook the food again. Poor service.

Tukang parkir tidak ramah, jangan lah marah marah, org gk tau jg klo itu parkiran restoran sy jg bkn org situ dan baru pertama kesitu. Lain kali di parkiran itu kasih plang "khusus parkir restoran". Selebihnya aku minta maaf. Karna tdk tahu dan TIDAK DIBERI TAHU.

Cuminya enak, tidak alot, ikan segar dan tidak amis, udangnya segar. Over all rasanya enak, suasana bersih, pelayanan ramah

Makanannya enak banget dan suasananya itu loch bagus banget, apalagi pada saat sunset mantul abis.

We had a lovely meal here and watched the sunset. Food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. You pick the fish that you want to eat and it was gorgeous.

Toilets are horrible, with such prices they could at least keep the place looking clean

The food is good and the location is good, maybe too close from the airport. The restaurant could be a little nicer comparing from the location, it feels like a cheap place like between a tourist place and a local warung.
The service is good but the staff could be warmer.

Overpriced, be prepared to be ripped off. Asking for a higher tip on the already sky-high bill, and then recalculating the tax on the new total. Food was delicious though and view on the beach was beautiful.
