21 Hi! I’ve never written a bad review anywhere but the experience I had with this shop was just insane. I bought a pair of Superga sneakers along other things. I used to be a regular customer here until this experience.
After wearing the shoes for about 5 minutes the sole came off the shoe and white powder came from the shoe as you as you can see in the picture.
I think the sole wasn’t glued properly so I went back to SBS to show them what happened.
I’ve never been treated so rude in a shop ever. The girl who was working basically said it was my own fault that the shoe broke because I wore them (not sure what else I was supposed to do with a pair of shoes.), that I was lying and was just basically extremely rude to me. I was shocked by her behavior and ofcourse pretty upset I didn’t get a new pair or a refund after showing them what happened 2 days after buying them. So no, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop!
