My husband and I can't recommend Sanur Bali Property enough. Both Ari and Ani have been amazing agents since Day 1, taking the time to understand our needs and going above and beyond to ensure we could secure the listing we loved while we were still overseas! We were in touch with several property agencies (some very notable ones in Sanur) in the same period but only SBP responded quickly and were also the only ones who arranged for viewings on our trips to Bali. A highly dedicated, responsive and professional property agency. We are so thankful to have found Ari and Ani. They are truly the best. Highly recommended.

Sanur Bali Property is an awesome property rental agency, since my wife and I knew we were coming to Bali we approached the admin and she kindly guided us until we found a villa that felt like home. They have a well updated website where you can see the different properties, locations, and amenities, that way you can take your time to decide what property matches your interest.

The admin has been awesome! Whenever we have needed anything, she has provided support at the spot making sure we enjoy our place and everything is running as previously accorded.

If you're coming to Denpasar, more specifically Sanur, this is your best option to find a quality rental, at a great location adjusted to your budget.

OMG! When another agent in Bali didn't MOVE Ari stepped up and found our dream villa in less than 1 hour. We literally ran into her when looking for a villa listed by another agent. They would not give us the address so we were lost. We turned a corner on our scooter and there was Ari and Ani. Being helpful, Ari asked if we were looking for something. We said a villa for rent in the area. She said she was an agent and could help. We told her which villa and she called the owner who said it was already rented. She asked what we wanted and immediately showed us two villas in the area. The second villa was our dream villa and we signed the paperwork the very next day. We are so impressed with her go get it attitude and willingness to work hard for her clients. She is super nice and incredibly helpful with all aspects of Bali life. 10 out of 10 for service and friendliness. We will recommend Sanur Bali Property and especially Ari to everyone. I can highly recommend Sanur Bali Property. My agent is Ari and she is being really professional, she organized few visits to different properties following my requirements, until I found the right onw. She prepared a contract, and allow us to change few points upon agreement of the owner of the villa. They sent us very nice flowers upon arrival to the villa. Overall an agency with international stardards.

Ari is most definitely the best property agent I've dealt with. She is dedicated to business, she is forthright but genuine with her comments that are based on an in-depth local knowledge and she is honest. Without her assistant my retirement to Bali would have been much more difficult.

My wife & I recently had the opportunity to work with Ari & Ani in finding us a villa for yearly rental in Sanur. Ari is a very knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and reliable rental agent. We were quite fortunate to have met her. Ari was super attentive, patient & kind with us throughout our entire home search process. After concluding our search & finding a property that we can call home, Ari worked quickly to communicate with the landlord who resides overseas & local managing partner to negotiate several inclusions to the property on our behalf. We were also very pleased with the rental contract that was drafted very well in both English & Indonesian and easy to understand stipulations. Sanur Bali Property group give amazing service combined with acomprehensive knowledge of the Sanur market. In just 2 days Ari found villas and houses that were right on spec for my requirements and did so in a friendly professional manner.

We really recommend Sanur Bali Property, we used this agency to find our villa in Sanur. They speak good englisch, respond really quick and gave us all the information and confidence we needed to rent our villa for 1 year. They where great with entertaining our 2 little kids so we could have a good look at the house.

We are in the villa for 1 month now and they still help us to be in contact with the owner of the house to fix small things. Respond still really quick and come and check if the problem has been solved.
