This space was so welcoming! Eric at the front desk is a sweetheart. The sauna is spacious and clean; the ice bath is cold and peaceful. I loved that it wasn’t so packed like everywhere else in Uluwatu. I enjoyed the peace and quiet at Santai. The environment pushed me to challenge myself to stay longer than I have in both the sauna and ice bath— never felt more refreshed and rejuvenated.
Cold plunge is very good and very cold. Sauna is 75 degrees which is much less than the 95-100 at istana. At least 85 would be good. 90-100 would be better ;) whoever likes it less hot, can still use the lower seats.
Hot plunge is warm, not hot. Would be great if it were actually hot.

Sentai has the coldest ice bath around. The sauna temp is hot and consistent (unlike others in the area). A well thought out space and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
The cleanest spa i have been in Bali! And the coldest plunge pool. The super pro staff will always make u feel like home and everything is just so clean. I have been for a month in this spa almost every day cos i wanted to try the effect of cold /hot therapy due to high inflammation in my body. I had pain in every joint and muscle and after one month of using this awesome spa i can’t believe i feel so great and pain free, the inflammation almost gone! Really recommend it, i have tried quit a few spa in the island, but this is by far my favorit!
Love it here! The staff are so lovely and warm and the space is so calm and peaceful. The sauna is spacious, clean and bright and the cold plunge is by far the best plunge on the island! Recommend
Fantastic recovery centre with a great sauna, Ice bath and hot plunge. Look forward to coming back.
At 200k IDR for a one time visit, there are cheaper options out there, but this one has a premium for good reason - the facilities are new for 2023 and top notch and the staff is super friendly.
At 9 degrees, the could bath is the coldest one we have found on Bali so far?

We couldn't recommend Santai more. After training in the morning at Bali Fitness Center, we went to Santai for a little recovery. The staff is amazing, the facilities are clean, and the environment is exactly what you need after an intense, effective workout. We alternated between the sauna and the cold pool for contrast therapy - a dream recovery so that we could keep surfing and working out through the week in Bingin. Enjoy:)
