8 Bad return arrangment from nusa penida, almost missed the boat.
Also extremely fast drive to catch next trip caused us back pain
We booked the tour for 3 people on 5 June through our driver in Bali for you
West tour for 3 people in which
2 people did snorkelling
I was extremely disappointed with the service
It was such a horrible experience
First our guide at island was not aware we had walking tour first and he made us changed clothes and wasted our time there
Latter we hardly had any time at the beaches to see around we could not even manage see around or get some good pics
During lunch time he suggested us to take away our food, how is this that even possible it’s not like you are giving us fast food here. For god sake it’s curry
I felt like your service was not the worth the amount I paid
I simply wasted our money with you guys
I would not recommend using there service
We reached sanjaya fast boat for 1 pm ferry, they charged 350k for a person to nusa penida from sanur. From the review, it looked great deal because the boat is good. But they bring us to another ferry Semabu. Which is cheaper and cost 200k or less to nusa. Charged almost double. And no response from their whatsapp after enquiring. I don't recommend going here.
Funniest part in receipt, they didn't mention the amount.

Started off good: pickup was arranged, really nice driver. When we arrived at the port (8.15am), they put us on a different boat, the El Rey. This was amazing, boat was not at all fully booked, staff was nice and quality of boat excellent. We arrived at Nusa Penida within 25min. However… the boat ride back was awful. When we arrived at the port on Nusa Penida (1.30pm) they put us on a different boat to fill it. LOTS of tourists, boat was very crowded and seats were very small, so really packed. Not enough life jackets. Bumpy ride, 45 min. The opposite of our trip from Sanur to Nusa Penida.
