Always a pleasure diving with them. Very nice scuba centre. Mixture of local divers with divers all around the world. Good equipment. Good boats. Good food.

As a diver, I would highly recommend this place. The staffs are professional, responsible and highly skilled!
I have stayed in Nusa Penida for 2 weeks and dived with them for 13 days, I feel very comfortable diving with them and I am confident in their professional experience.
I had my Nitrox, PB spec and drift dive spec here, I feel that I turned into a totally different diver. I trained with Teemu most of the time and HE IS GREAT! I learned so much from him! The rest of the DI and DM are very experienced and professional too, Borjha, Andrei, Heski, Joseph, Mimmi, Emmi. They are all very good, you can ensure you are in good hands with them.
I am looking forward coming back again on my next dive holiday.

I have already posted my review, but after reading some of the other reviews, I feel like I need to say a bit more.: D
I have travelled to many different dive centres, some of them are luxury and some of them are practical. Sanctum is definitely the kind of dive centre which make you feel like home.
They might not carry your gear, load them up on boat and you just go like a king.lol. At here, you will have to do a little bit of ”real diver’s work”, packing your own gear, put them up, and wash them off. After 2 weeks, I never felt so familiar with my own gear because I looked after them everyday after dives.
My advise is: don't be afraid to ask for help, Im sure they will be more than happy to help you out if you ask. And at the main time, if you are serious about diving, this place will train you to the best!

We had a great time here. The shop is beautiful and chilled.

The ride to the dive spots is not to bad and the dives were amazing.

Went on a 2- dive-trip to Manta Point and SD Point with Andrei. He is a great instructor and made an amazing briefing, explained all specialities about the dive sides very well. Unfortunately we didn't see a manta but anyway it was a new experience to dive in this kind of current, so not disappointing at all:) SD Point is a beautiful diveside with very clear water.
I definitely recommend this dive center.

Great place for diving! Stuff are amazing!
Very cosy atmosphere. Our instructor was a Russian guy Andrey and he is a super nice, very polite and friendly. We saw Manta rays and a lot of turtles.
Definitely will recommend Sanctum for diving, snorkeling or just meet new friends while having a delicious lunch!

Great diving experiences and great people.

I recently did 28 dives with Sanctum and had a great time, the dive sites can be challenging and as a result of all the excellent training and advice from the instructors/masters I feel like a new diver. Shout out to Andrei, Teemu, Borja, Heski, Yoga.

Felt very welcomed and safe the whole time, we were even invited to celebrate xmas with this great mix of Finland/Indonesia people.

I dove one day with Sanctum. The overall experience was somewhere between OK and good. I stopped by twice before making a reservation to try to talk to the DMs, but they were not in—understandable that they're not there all day (they should be on a boat half the day!), but it was a little difficult to get all the information I wanted (detailed dive site info, conditions, gear info, etc.) from the staff that was present.

The gear and boat were pretty good. I saw one person have an issue with a slightly wet breathing regulator that was solved for the second dive. My first tank had a bad o-ring that that was replaced when I found it setting up my gear. We were fitted with gear the morning of the dive and things were a little hectic and disorganized in the morning. Everyone ended up with what they needed and where they needed to be though. The pre-dive briefing covered dive site info but (as I later learnt at another shop) missed discussing at least one potential hazard that is common in the area (downcurrents). In the water the DM, Joseph, did a good job leading and pointing out some stuff. It was a little unpleasant that some of the DMs were smoking on the front of the boat when we were going between dive sites. All other times I have dived it has seemed like common courtesy that people smoke at the back of the boat so that those who choose not to smoke still get fresh air

So overall Sanctum was good with a few small issues. It's certainly a very relaxed vibe and there were lots of people hanging out at the shop and restaurant. I had a better, more professional experience for the same price at another shop, but I would still say diving with Sanctum is ok depending on the experience you're looking for.

Beautiful dive and Snorkeling! Staff is professional and always extra cautious with safety first. Harli was patient with me while it took forever for my ear to clear. Even held my hand.

Great diving experience. People were all quick to respond and helped me arrange seamless transportation from Sanur. Ratno was an excellent guide and helped me feel comfortable.

We usually don’t do reviews. But we just want to warn you guys. The place was empty. It took them around 20 min for the drinks and they didn’t have half of the ingredients from the menu. When the food came l, we thought this must be an absolute joke.we had porridge, which was not sweetened at all. And look at the avocado bread picture - what is that? And by the way they gave us 3 times butter that was rancid. The worst food we had in indonesia.

Good place to have early dinner.limited choices but food is delicious.you can sit on a bean bag at the beach while having your meal

Super friendly staff and very professional dive center. We took sanctum because of their very charesmatic staff and because we want to see mantas! So if you choose sanctum, keep in mind to book dives at least one day in advance.
We will come back for sure.

On top of the great diving experience, the place is amazing. There's bar/restaurant right next to the sea, you can relax in a hammock or on a beanbag on the sand. Really chill atmosphere, live music in the evenings. For fellow finnish divers: owner of the place and many of the staff are finnish.

Nice staff, (fellow finns!). Relaxed and chill place to hang out. Diving was great, first trip I saw big manta quite close by. 2nd dive at crystal bay other group saw mola mola but apparently they are usually deeper than 18 meters so be sure to get advanced opw so you can go to see them.

A must see on nusa penida. The adorable puppies on the property just make it even more fun. Coffee was good and loads of hamocks to swing your cares away. So far my favorite spot in all of southern Bali and nusa islands.

The place is just excellent. Live music, good food and sea facing, nothing more you could ask for. The beach is very pretty with lots of corals washing ashore, you could grab a souvenir here. Aloha!
