Sanctoo Suites & Villas

It was the first time I stayed at Sanctoos, I stayed in a room type "One Bedroom Garden Pool Villa". Everything met my expectations, the same comfortable room I saw on the website.

All the staff is friendly and polite, the room includes a ticket to Bali Zoo and 1x free photo in the Sanctoos area.

I also tried the Spa and highly recommend it. Comfortable spa with waterfall back sound and forest atmosphere.

It was such an amazing stay, will definitely stay again at Sanctoo if I visit Ubud

My partner and I embarked on our first international adventure, and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place than Sanctoo Suites and Villas in Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff. It was truly an extraordinary experience, and we've never felt more at home in a foreign country.

Such a lovely hotel with great service and hospitality from the staffs. We feel very welcomed here. Rooms are spacious with big sofa and bathroom. All are great here!

Kami menginap satu malam, berharap dekat dengan bali zoo, dan kami pun mendapat voucher untuk salah satu fasilitas di zoo, namun ternyata Mengecewakan.apalagi ketika kami komplain, jawabannya tidak memuaskan.

Mau nginap kembali? BIG NO!

This place is right inside the zoo, so you will likely be woken up by the monkeys in the morning which really adds to the experience.

The staff are amazing, a running theme in Bali. The food was delicious although limited in choice. We stayed 4 days and by the end were a little bored of things to eat. It's a very clean hotel with smoking areas limited to an area beside the bar, the bar which has its own cassowary enclosure is lovely with good drinks and you are up close with love animals.

Special shout out to the resident house cat merlin - beautiful white cat who nobody knows how he got there as he unlike any of the local cats in Bali.

The hotel provides good services - especially the couple's photography session, and we also got discount on the water bath with elephants and spa treatment.

Happy hour is all you can drink cocktails for 150k pp, be warned they aren't expecting British level of drinking so don't be shy and wave them over - they will be happy to help!

This place is a germ. The location is near Bali Zoo where the visitor can just walk there. The serene environment is a plus. The staff is really helpful and they will help you happily.

Breakfast sgt sedikit variannya untuk hotel sekelas bintang 5. Bawa anak umur 5th keatas disuruh nambah lg 150rb/hr pd saat check in.
Tdk diberitahu informasi mengenai kids activity dihotel. Hanya info ada zoo saja untuk anak”. Mau naik gajah jg sulit selalu full, pdhl pas tanya ke zoo masih ada slot kosong. Tdk diinfokan jg kalau ada diskon untuk naik gajah apabila menginap. Aktifitas cooking class juga gk ada. Saya sudah banyak nanya, tp staff gk kasih info apa” ttg kids activity. Trnyta ada elephant mud fun, tp kami tdk diberitahu smskali. Hrus brtanya dulu dan itu pun sulit skali untuk booking activity nya selalu dibilang full. Sepertinya bule” selalu lbih di dahulukan. Pdhal kalo ada pandemi sperti kemren yg bantu mreka ya org lokal. Semua org bule tdk ada yg dtg menginap. Sangat mengecewakan krn kurgnya informasi untuk kids activity dan sarapannya tdk sesuai hotel bintang 5.

During our visit to Bali in July 2023, we had the pleasure of staying at Sanctoo Villa for a delightful two-night stay. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, boasting exceptional amenities and providing a truly enjoyable experience. Our exploration of Bali Zoo was an absolute highlight, as it offered an awe-inspiring experience. However, it's worth noting that Sanctoo Villa may have limited options for vegetarian food, so if you follow a purely vegetarian diet, alternative dining choices might be more suitable. We did a floating breakfast there and it's awesome.

If you're stopping by the zoo while in bali, it is a recommended hotel to stay in, you get a free zoo ticket. The room we got was great, spacious, clean.

Our stay at Sanctoo Suites & Villas, Bali was comfortable, because the rooms were spacious with amenities. It is a convenient location for many attractions in Gianyar. The staff was very helpful answering any questions we had. The restaurant food was delicious! We had a great time to Bali zoo thanks to Sanctoo Villas, just a walking distance with a free entry.

I'd like to commend guest service personnel Ms Indri from Sanctoo Suites & Villa. I had shown up walking to the Sanctoo Spa without an appointment as I was not able to connect to the Spa side promptly due to some miscommunication through the website/reservations team and was frustrated about having made a wasted trip there. Ms. Indri had seen me walking in by myself and approached me to offer assistance. She was patient in understanding what had happened and genuine in offering me help and alternate solutions despite learning i wasn't a guest living on the property. This certainly is the gold standard of hospitality and I will surely consider living at Sanctoo on my next trip to Bali. Thank you Ms. Indri, you are a star!

Rooms were big and so clean. This hotel just screams luxury and makes you feel pampered. The food was excellent and the staff couldnt do enough for you. Thanks for two days we wont forget and will be back the next time in Bali

Stayed here alone during my birthday celebration. Food was great and staff were very kind and helpful. Unlimited access to Bali zoo is a big plus. Thank you for making my special day so wonderful and memorable!

Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, kamar bersih dengan fasilitas super mewah. Makanan sangat enak. Akses balizoo gratis. Andai ada binta 10 akan saya beri bintang 10.

Waktu itu nginapnya Juni 2021, pas harga villanya agak sedikit murah. Villanya bagus bangettt. Pelayanannya jg sangat ramah. Dari reception sampai servernya. Hanya saja breakfastnya gak layak dimakan. Entah karena roomnya lagi discount atau gimana gituhh. Tapi yg jelas semua menu sarapannya gak bisa dimakan. Karena gak enak. Tapi termaafkan dengan roomnya yg bagus.

It is probably a literal stone's throw away from Bali Zoo. The room is great, the breakfast is fine, and we get all access pass to the zoo

Wonderful place to spent time family plus free access to the Bali zoo I personally enjoyed my me time at the Spa, and the most attractive thing is breakfast with orang utan it was lovely and the kids enjoyed it very much! And lastly the location was just perfect it’s near to Bali bird park too!

I stayed in Sanctoo and experienced their great service.
The staff were very polite and understanding, we were told to wait and given welcome drink also, no more than 5 minutes and our room was ready.
Swimming pool is good, breakfast was served well. We got free entrance to Bali zoo also.
They offered photography service around the villa, and the photographer was very kind.

And one more thing, I booked from Ag*da, got their bery cheap promo for only around 700k IDR per night.

Nothing to complain.

Coming here just for SPA.
It was awesome!
