Marketing sangat tidak ramah dalam melayani tamunya, bahkan telp balek dengan nada tinggi & mengucapkan kata2 yg tdk pantas di keluarkan oleh seorang karyawan di bidang pariwisata yg seharusnya mengutamakan pelayanan seperti "emgnya anda siapa" & lain sbginya

mungkin merasa "bekerja" di hotel bintang 5 atau merasa hotel tmpt bekerjanya adalah hotel bintang 5 jadi tdk takut kehilangan tamu atau tdk takut citra hotelnya menjadi buruk

Terlalu bodoh jika kita tdk belajar dari pandemi, terlebih bali sebagai destinasi wisata yg di kala itu paling terkena dampaknya

Ingat di saat pandemi ibarat seekor harimau saja menjadi seperti seekor kucing, sblm pandemi mungkin kita berada di atas & saat pandemi kita berada di titik terbawah

Tuhan memberi kita pelajaran kecil melalui pandemi agar kita tidak sombong dgn yg kita miliki karena sewaktu2 bisa di ambil oleh NYA

Saran saya sebagai tamu, management harus membenahi pelayanan terhadap tamu terutama poin public speaking

Best hotel I've been to, ever. Seven star service. Booked it for my honeymoon and did the private cave dinner as a surprise for my wife, everything went perfect. Would come back again.

It is beautiful resort at South east of Bali/ Nusa Dua.
The room were big, the pool overlooking the ocean. Stunning.
Food quality are good. Couple times had meeting here and had lunch.
Love the coconut water welcome drinks.
Beautiful wedding venue too.
It has lift to go down to the beach and the beach is private.

All the staff at samabe was beyond amazing. Especially Yumi, she made our stay extra magical. The resort was beautiful with a top notch spa that we got to enjoy. Our villa was super clean and relaxing. Highly recommended! We will be back. Thank you to the samabe team for our great experience!

I joined the breakfast with my cousins who stayed here. Omg the breakfast is such a BIG winner. Love the selections even tho they don't have super big buffet compare to some of big hotels but. It's big enough for you to satisfy your breakfast tummy. I even order the a la carte menu on the table! I ordered morning beef steak and foei grass with scrambled egg. It was lovely! The staff super friendly and helpful and fast! Coffee served hot and fast. They pastry selection also good company for your coffee. They even have small section of sushi assortment, they have abit of dimsum and some parts of cheese platters and cold meats. Love this! The ambiance of the restaurant is very comfortable and cozy. I really enjoyed my breakfast here! The villa was beautiful view and quite big. My cousins who stayed there telling me they were all happy to stayed there.

Brillant, fantastic, superb. I’m an avid beach resort traveller and this is by far the most hospitable stay ever in the recent 3 years. The staff from all levels (reception to porters to buggy drivers to gardeners) they have that geniune warmth and interest to engage a conversation with you. Some resorts come in with that salesy feeling, hoping to speak with you in return for a small tip. You gotta feel this yourself.

Good aesthethics, well maintained resort, better than Club Med or Hilton. Locally owned and pushing the bar up for luxury resorts in Bali.

Prices are higher compared to resorts in the same vicinity but will definetly return.

Good place, great view

Just dont like the way the general manager run the house, yell at staff loudly with bad manners and words in front of guests and clients.

Staff did a great job, and they deserve more. Yes they did some mistakes, but a good leader will have the outcome of great result IF HE did a good job, otherwise then it's the leaders mistakes, in my opinion.

Villas are amazing, well maintained, worth the money spent

One annoying thing about their big signage in area of Ritz Carlton and it's confusing the driver! (and the gmaps also not helping by pin pointing at the wrong location!)

Stayed in April 2018 and it was incredible. Beautiful, secluded resort with gorgeous suites. Even the reception area is beautiful. The room came with a personal butler who was very attentive during our stay, even down to drawing a milk bath in the evening and making dinner reservations for us. Absolutely loved the poolside bar and menu, afternoon foot massages by the pool, and cave-side dinner. Breakfast and dinner menus did not disappoint! Everything was so elegant and luxurious - it seems like the kind of place that celebrities run away to. A "waiting area" is also available if you have an overnight flight that you need to hang around for, complete with movie theater and lounge area. Great service all around, everyone was very kind and professional. Would highly recommend this for couples wanting a romantic getaway. Also, try the mangosteens!

Amazing ocean view at south of nusa dua are.the best place to spend your time with family, your people do you love, and friends. You can enjoy the romantic dinner in the cave with a private staff and that's only you can find at Samabe Bali.they also have lock your love island which is you can write your initial on the padlock then put on the island.they provide a inclinator the located under the chapel.butler service was so amazing.unbelivable.if you are on the unlimited program that will be more great.you can have some previlages from that option.
You will get experiences enjoy the afternoon tea on the cave which is only Samabe can provide that then the others resort.you can also playing at the beach with some activities non motorized.this is one of the best place to get the photo shooting.

I took my 16 year old daughter here for vacation-our "mommy and me" time. She was wanting to take pictures everywhere on the resort for her memories because of the absolute beauty. The staff, service, food and cleanliness were all impeccable. I was impressed with the hospitality and kindness from each person. They want everyone to be comfortable and accommodated. The ease of getting service, whether it's room service, a buggy or an appointment at the spa, just press #7 on the phone and you are taken care of. I cannot express how satisfied our stay was at Samabe. Pure joy!

What a pleasant surprise this resort turned out to be for my wife and I. We weren't staying there, but had opted for the cave dinner there. The staff were so hospitable from the time we reached the resort, and offered to bring us on a short tour of the area just outside the lobby. From the 'lock your love' themed islet to the nice welcome drink. All while waiting for the beach transfer to arrive. Simply great guys!

Nice beach to stroll on. And dinner was great! The portions for the main dish was a little overwhelming though.couldn't finish the delicious meal. Only drawback was the not as impressive sunset compared to Jimbaran Beach. Nonetheless, a different experience when you come to Bali. Thanks guys and gals for the beautiful experience!
