24 One of the best steak we ever had. The sushi and matcha dessert are also delicious.
Will definitely come back when we are around.
Keep up the good work!
New place with choice of amazing sushi rolls, prime steaks and cocktails. Try signature rolls and tuna tataki. Oh, and matcha dessert also delicious.
Honestly speaking I’ve been dining in Bali for over 10 years and I would say I’m a foodie at heart. This place was a joke! Even reading the reviews below where it says better than boy and cow and sijin etc.it’s definitely false review.
This is by far the worst sushi roll for its price. Even the cheap places down the road gets the rice better and the flavours. The meat was ok but the tongue was chewy and slimey. The only good thing is the nice waiters and the presentation.
We were so disappointed we just walked across the road after for a burger as that was way more satisfying than the stuff we got served.
Never dining here again and not recommending it to anyone. Being an expat in Canggu for years and this was the a let down.
Get a chef that knows what they are doing! Especially for the price!
HONEST REVIEW. We won’t be back. The food cannot justify the prices at all.
1. Your rice is horrible. Sushi rice seriously is an embarrassment for the price you pay. 140k for a roll and the sushi rice is too thick, sticky and bland. The fried rice flavour is good but the rice is so clumpy I could pick big clumps up with my chopstick. If you can’t even get a basic staple right for the ‘sijin’ standard youre trying to achieve, that’s bad.
2. To be honest, we’ve never been able to pay that amount for steaks because we have our own suppliers and expertise of cooking it so we only ordered the beef tongue. Came with four slices, 50% of it was good, 50% was tough and chewy. No ‘wow this is good’ moment.
If it wasn’t for the prices, I wouldn’t say all this. But you can’t have these prices and not strive to deliver food for what it’s worth. I could get better food at a warung for third of the price. It’s a shame.
