Salsa Verde

Wonderful Italian food located right in the heart of Grand Hyatt Bali, Salsa Verde gives the right amount of impact in each of their menu selections. Tasty and juicy, they source good ingredients to make their food, though the pizza is a bit light in the middle compared to some other Italian restaurants I know of.

I tried their delicious Margherita pizza
I didn't like pasta with pesto
The tiramisu is quite good
Served with tomato bread and pesto sauce for dipping

I've been to Salsa Verde several times, and I must say, their pizzas are fantastic! They always accommodate special requests, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

The staff's actions are too slow, and this affects the customer experience.

After ordering a pizza, I inquired about the availability of honey sauce. The waiter promised to check, but it took an unusually long time for him to return. When he finally returned, he brought honey mustard, and in the meantime, the pizza had grown cold. It should not have taken so long to verify the availability of honey in the kitchen. Additionally, I requested that they lower the interior temperature, but one staff member never returned, and another simply stated that it was the best they could do.

This dining experience marked my first meal at the resort, and I left extremely disappointed.

Very good Italian food but the place is not very elegant as they say, good value for money for food.

Amazing food quality.staff is very friendly and can customize ur order as per request to best suite your taste.loved the hospitality. And even the prices are pretty fair

The plus point is that the atmosphere is good, while the food and drinks are not too special!

Location: Open restaurant located directly to the pool. You can hear the ocean and a warm breeze is coming into the restaurant.

Food: variety of Italian food is available. From meat to pizza and pasta you will find everything. However, the sides for the meat meals are not much but the quality/taste was always good.

Service: You need to book a table, otherwise you might wait for a free table. The main problem from my point of view is, that they fail to serve dinner for all people of one table at the same time - very often. Sometimes there are 30min betw.the „deliveries“ so you cannot eat at the same time.
Atmosphere is good due to a three headed live band.

Örtlichkeiten: Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Pool. Man hört das Meer und eine leichte Brise schafft eine angenehme Temperatur

Essen: Vielzahl an italienischen Speisen. Pizza, Pasta und auch Fleischgerichte sind auf der Karte. Die Beilagen der Fleischgerichte sind sehr übersichtlich; die Qualität bzw.der Geschmack aber gut.

Service: Man sollte einen Tisch reservieren, andernfalls muss man länger warten. Das Hauptproblem ist, dass die Speisen nicht gleichzeitig serviert werden und man so teilweise nicht zusammen essen kann. Es lagen mehrfach bei unseren Besuchen 30min zw.dem Servieren.
Die Stimmung ist durch eine Liveband gut.

Had dinner here. Absolutely by far the best service and food in Bali. Staff are amazing and extremely attentive. Food was five star! We can’t speak highly enough of this restaurant.

Amazing food! Had both tuna and some risotto. This place is a must if you are close to Nusa Dua.

Beautiful freshly cooked pasta.service was impeccable, staff member Lisna was so professional, knowledge and pronunciation of the amazing Italian meals could not fault. We all felt very welcome.
Highly recommend and ask for Lisna.you will definitely not be disappointed.

Best place to have italian food on the beach of bisa dua bali.we ordered pizza, creamy spaghetti and salad… and they come out great! My kids love the place and i love the sunset!

Great place to enjoy breakfast, located in front of the beach and the main pool at Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua.

We come here few times already to enjoy the yummy food.the food is just as delicious as usual, the staff were helpful and service was fast but for some reason the restaurant was really hot last night, all fans were on but only one aircon was on which made no different at all.certainly did not enjoy eating with sweat running down. I hope it will be fix soon.

Very good italian restaurant, in a beautiful place, nice view, very good food, pizza and pastas, affordable prices.

Good food served by very nice people in a great setting BUT the same music playing over and over and over and over and over again which is why i only give 3 stars

Staff was very friendly and curteous. The food was great although not many moslem friendly dish. Lots of the favorite dish contains pork or using wine. But other than that, the taste was good and the portion is quite generous. There are kids meal too.

Friendly staff. Standard pool cafe fare. International prices. Captive market given the long walk out of the resort. Alfresco setting yards from the sea. No complaints, as a tourist/visitor. It's a perfect place to while time away.

One feels for the staff. Hopefully they get paid well in good times to make up for when he inevitable natural disaster makes its unwelcome appearance in the Ring of Fire...
